Find your ultimate mountain retreat at Riverfront Townhomes. Soak in the incredible views of Beaver Creek while enjoying our brand new vacation getaway. All of the amenities of The Westin including the year round salt water pool, 3 hot tubs, state-of-the-art fitness facility, ski valet, ski shuttle to both resorts and the gondola connecting you to Beaver Creek an are within a short walking distance. Enjoy the recreation path along the river, Nottingham Lake, Avon shopping and restaurants.

Riverfront Townhomes has everything you could possibly need for the perfect vacation. This nearly new residence has 4 bedrooms, 3 baths. Enjoy all the incredible views of Beaver Creek Village walk down to the river just outside your door steps. Designed with your health and well-being in mind, the home was built to LEED Gold Certification standards. All furnishings were selected to ensure they were made with non-toxic organic materials, special paint and window film were used to reduce electric and magnetic fields, whole house water filtration, custom WiFi system and hardwood floors run throughout the home. All of the amenities of The Westin including the year round salt water lap pool, state-of-the-art fitness facility, ski valet, ski shuttle to both resorts and the gondola connecting you to Beaver Creek are within a short walking distance. This home is one of the closest to The Westin and Riverfront Lodge as well as the incredible walkability to Nottingham Lake, Avon shopping and restaurants.

*The Town of Avon has many unique and convenient shopping destinations within walking distance.
* Hiking and biking are right out your door.
*Spend a day exploring the shops and restaurants of Edwards, just 5 miles to the west.
*No need to rent a car as the Resort has a private free shuttle service to Beaver Creek Village (5 minutes) and Vail (15 minutes) every hour (dependent on the time of year). Colorado Mountain Express can take you to/from the Eagle (EGE) (preferred) or Denver (DEN) airport to the resort doorstep.

We are here 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to assist you.

Free shuttle to both resorts. We are also close to the Avon Transportation Center which can take you anywhere in the county.

A couple of details for you to note:

- No pets, no smoking. HOA rules!

- We have a garage that can fit one car and another car can fit in the driveway. If you have additional details please let me know in advance so I can give you some options

- Expected closing date for Beaver Creek is April 13

- We have tons of recommendations within our condo to help you plan your days and nights.

- Daily housekeeping is typically not provided for short stays, but can be provided on request at an additional cost.

- Note that the Westin Resort & Spa charges a daily $120/day “resort fee” for the use of all the amenities. These fees are customary for a 5-star resort and are not included in our fees. You will pay them directly to the Resort upon arrival.

- Pack and play available upon request. Please let us know in advance so we can have it ready for you.

Extremely nice, with quality furniture, kitchenware, etc. Easy check in/check out process and excellent location. The Gondola directly to Beaver Creek was perfect for us. Would love to stay here again.

The condo was great. We loved being so close to The Westin with access to the hotel. The condo had a wonderful layout which worked well for our multi-gnerational family gathering. The host was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely use it again.

Great location for catching the Beaver Creek gondola. The house was beautiful and completely furnished with all the amenities that were needed. We were very comfortable and the hosts were very accommodating.

We loved staying at this VRBO. Easy access to the mountain and great place to hang out after a day on the hill. We will look to stay again on our next trip to Avon.

We were very pleased with the location, cleanliness and supplies in the unit. This was one of the best stocked kitchens we’ve experienced. There were a couple glitches- blinds that didn’t work. Drew came right out and worked on those. Seems it was a battery problem. The kitchen faucet was wobbly, but we decided to live with that…being certain it will be fixed Eight adults slept there very comfortably. Don & Lynda

I stayed here with a group of girlfriends on her mom’s getaway. The property was perfect and we loved our stay. We had to do some fiddling with the thermostat as a few of the rooms got extra hot at night, and we had a little hiccup with the check in process, but otherwise, our stay was perfect. It’s really nice having access to the Westin amenities also! would definitely stay again.

Great property for our stay while attending a wedding at Westin Beaver Creek. Very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Proximity to Westin and ability to use the facilities was a plus. Check-in and out process was easy. Everything was as advertised. Recommended and would stay again.

Great property for our family ski vacation. Large bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. Well equipped kitchen. Large living and dinning area, Nice view of the mountain. Very convenient to rental equipment and ski area access. We had a great time.

We enjoyed staying there over all and would recommend it. There was only 2 issues. There is no central heating air that goes to the rooms. They put portable heating machines in each room. Lastly, the wash machines didn’t work. The small one wouldn’t rinse and spin, the large one wouldn’t drain completely. Other then those two issues it was a pleasure staying there!

The property was perfect for our family of 7 adults. It has a wonderful location, fully stocked kitchen for those who like to cook, and access to a convenient hot tub that felt great after a day of skiing.

We booked this unit for our family of 8 to stay over the holidays. 2 hrs before check in we received an email saying heat was out in one room. Upon check in, we found that heat was out in ALL rooms except the main living room. They added space heaters in each of the rooms but it was not sufficient. This had clearly been an issue for some time and we were given little notice to the problem. We slept in long underwear and with multiple blankets. My kids were freezing! Tried multiple times to contact the property manager both phone and email with no response and no effort to fix the heat. Unless you like the freezing cold, Do Not Book This Unit!!
