With an ideal location at the base of Beaver Creek, this cozy ground-floor condo is right across the street from the shuttle up to Beaver Creek Village, making for unbeatable access to the ski slopes each winter. Warm-weather visitors will love the condo building’s riverfront location, with the Eagle River Trail just steps away. Avon restaurants and shops are a little over a mile away, and on-site amenities include an outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna, and gym (including a Peloton bike!).

At the condo itself, you’ll find a cozy, light-filled space. In warm months, start the day on your private patio with a cup of coffee in hand, then step inside to make some breakfast. The full, well-equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and all the gadgets you need to prepare favorite recipes. Grab a bite at the adjacent dining table before heading out to explore, then get cozy in front of the gas fireplace when you return. Entertainment options include two streaming-capable TVs, free cable, and WiFi. The night ends in either well-appointed bedroom - more mountain adventures await tomorrow.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Great location

Real neat and clean condo. The location right in along the creek and bike path. Very quiet and tranquil . It took me an hour on the phone before I could unlock the front door. The patio was very dirty and grounds crew never made it by. The pool and hot tub were lovely but were closed 2/4 days and that was one of the reasons I choose it. Overall fine but not quite 4 stars.

Avon Condo

This 2 bedroom condo was a bit small, but nicely appointed and more than adequate for our needs. It was modern, and clean and more importantly it was located within a block of the bear bus stop that takes you up to the lift, so you did not have to drive. My only complaints were that the passcode to open the door to the condo was too long (10 digits) and the bedrooms were located right next to the front door of the building, so you could on occasion hear people coming/going when you were trying to sleep. That being said, I would not hesitate to book these accomodations again.

Let’s get real

The place was nice and the hot tub was great but no pool in winter. The unit was most satisfactory as expected. However if you’re you’re a smoker, don’t stay here - not allowed to smoke on the balcony or patio and must leave the property - like past the parking lot and they enforce the NS on property rule

Perfect Ski Get Away

Condo was perfect for me and my adult daughter. Very clean and well stocked (kitchen, towels, blankets…). Very comfortable to hang out after skiing. Underground parking spot and short walk to the Bear Parking lot where bus ran every 10 minutes to Beaver Creek slopes. Did not use hot tub so can’t comment on it. Only slight negative is the view outside isn’t great but for us it didn’t matter. Great place to stay for skiing.

Great condo overshadowed by property management

The condo is great. Very well cared for and clean. Unbelievable struggles with the property manager. Never received unlock codes and the door look is broken so while we could lock the door from the inside, we had to leave via the sliding glass door and trudge through the bushes. Despite many text messages and assurances that they “understood my frustrations” no attempts were made to fix the door during our stay. Again. GREAT condo and the complex was beautiful. Wish we had more time to explore it and the amenities. A map of the property would have helped.

Perfect spot

Great condo for hitting the slopes, right across the street from the bus for Beaver Creek. Heated garage parking with a spot to wash your car off.
