Lovely 4 Bedroom Private House on Holden Road in Beaver Creek Village
Nestled amongst an aspen glade in the exclusive Beaver Creek Resort, this lovely private home offers guests a wonderful vacation experience with a private hot tub for the ski season. With over 4,200 square foot of living space, the home comfortably sleeps up to 12 with two master suites, ideal for friends and family to share. Residents have convenient access to the slopes and on-demand shuttle services for access to the shops, restaurants and bars in Beaver Creek Village, as well as to Bachelor Gulch and Arrowhead.
The main level of the property features a fully equipped kitchen, complete with granite countertops, a large breakfast bar perfectly designed to entertain. The adjacent dining area seats 8 people with additional breakfast bar seating. In addition, the sprawling Great Room offers elegant hardwood floors, a large stone fireplace and floor-to-ceiling windows offering spectacular aspen glade views.
This gorgeous home also benefits from being an exclusive for The Travel Whisperer. This means that guests staying at 472 Holden Road have access to a range of services for the duration of your stay. All stays will have a Destination Host, who will be there to handle any requests during your stay. Your Destination Host is on hand to assist with grocery deliveries, restaurant recommendations, hiring a private chef, baby equipment rental and much more.

A dedicated Personal Concierge is available to assist with planning every aspect of your getaway from the moment you book. Your dedicate Property Host will reach out 7 days prior to arrival with directions and check-in details. Property access codes will be sent the day of arrival.
This residence includes a complimentary refresh housekeeping service on alternate days for stays five nights or longer. Beds are made, trash is removed, bathrooms are cleaned, towels refreshed, the kitchen is attended to, and all surfaces & faucets are left sparkling and disinfected. Complimentary linen changes are included during the refresh housekeeping service on stays eight nights or longer. Please note housekeeping services are not scheduled on major holidays.
This home requires a Damage Protection Policy to cover your stay for accidental damage up to $5,000. This policy is required from this property manager and already included in the displayed price. Guests who prefer to place a security deposit for this amount in lieu of the Damage Protection Policy can inquire for additional details.
