This one floor easy living, (1650 sq. ft.) ranch home has an updated kitchen with an induction cooktop + all new appliances (including cookware, dishes and utensils), a freshly remodeled modern master bath with a curb-less shower & overhead heat (to keep you warm) + a 2nd Retro full bathroom that provides privacy and extra space, pristine hardwood floors and a 2 car garage. The shops at Farmington Valley, The Fresh Market, Whole Foods + West Hartford Center/Blue Back Square are around the corner.

The front sitting room is bright with a deep comfy sofa, singing bowls, sound meditation & a drumming pot for a tranquil soothing place to start your day or unwind & relax.

A well equipped airy kitchen & dining area provide ample space to prepare and enjoy meals. Have a fresh cup of brewed coffee or Nespresso and relax with an assortment of teas too (condiments included).

Tucked away at the back of the home, you’ll find a family room, or your own private getaway (French doors quickly close the room off and open just as easily to reconnect when you’re ready). Enjoy Netflix, Prime, Hulu + Live TV-watch your favorite sports, news or movies.

2 full baths and 2 comfortable bedrooms (King & Queen) provide the perfect couples space or double couples space! Black out window coverings ensure you’ll wake up whenever you decide-and not one minute sooner!

A dedicated office is located in the third bedroom and is equipped with an automatic desk lift so it feels just right, monitors, a mouse, ample lighting, a shredder and enough work space to spread out and get things rolling with high speed internet.
Note: A memory foam roll-away bed is available (hall closet with linens) as a back up.

The convenience of the covered+attached garage allows you to drive in, remotely close the door and leave the outside world behind. Rain or shine you’ll be fine & so will your vehicle. Forget about stairs & long hauls with luggage, groceries or the like-your own private garage is a must have!

Exception: The washer and dryer are located downstairs.

Note: Please do not ask to communicate outside of this platform. Any bookings and correspondence must be via VRBO-absolutely no exceptions.

Parties or large gatherings are not meant for this property. The number of people may not exceed the number of people identified during the booking. The property must be occupied by the person who made the reservation.

Spacious, clean, comfortable

This is a spacious house in a very nice, safe area. Everything was exactly as described. Beds are super comfortable. Neelia communicated before, during, and at the end of our stay to make sure everything was working out okay. I would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arose.

Excellent rental

This house has been newly remodeled and the owner is continuing to update. The furniture is the best furniture we've had in a rental. Very comfortable. Couple minor glitches but they were handled very quickly, even though the owner was out of the country. She responded to questions and even called when we hadn't checked in to make sure we were allright! Highly recommended!

Spacious, spotlessly clean, quiet location

My wife and I spent 6 nights here while visiting family in the area. Everything was excellent and as described. Well equipped, very spacious, comfortable beds with high quality linens, plenty of towels and bathroom amenities. Would make a great location for a longer stay and the office had everything you would need to work from here. The biggest Whole Foods we've ever been in was only 10mins away. Communications with the owner Neelia was way beyond expectations, she is very responsive and really cares about her guests. I would not hesitate to recommend this rental to anyone. Thanks Neelia for being so awesome!
