    NEW FOR THE SEASON, Experience a beautifully remodeled kitchen with elegant new cabinets and quartz countertops. Enjoy modern LPV flooring throughout the first and third levels. Relax in the living room with new furniture and unwind on the screened-in porch, which features fresh new seating. Stay entertained with five new smart TVs and refresh yourself with a convenient outdoor hot and cold shower.

    When you first pull into the driveway, you're unsure whether to run to the beach, steps away, or explore all three and a half floors of the home. The main floor is comfy with a large HDTV above the fireplace, ocean views while seated or on the decks, a BBQ grill, a screened porch, and a kitchen, which allows the chefs to remain part of the great room conversations. Spiral stairs lead to a loft where kids can call their own, or adults can escape for some secluded time.

    The washer/dryer is conveniently located on the middle level. The lower level has a large game room with a pool table and a wet bar. Exit the slider to the private pool area with a hot tub, where you may spend most of your time during the week. What could be better than a large, well-appointed home close to the beach and private pool?

    Please Note: As a barrier island, Hatteras is constantly changing. Beach conditions, dunes, and access points may vary due to erosion, restoration projects, weather, and other environmental factors.

Family Friendly Getaway

Wonderful property for a family - our kids really enjoyed the pool and the proximity to beaches/restaurants/stores/etc. Extremely comfortable and clean. We hope to book again in summers to come!

Family Vacation 2025

Loved spending the time with my family! Location was excellent. Screen porch was lovely. Main living area was very comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped, but not much extra room for food, etc. Wished that the pool was serviced through the week. It was very windy while we were there and a lot of sand accumulated in the pool. Outdoor furniture was not very comfortable.

House layout is very well laid out for multiple people, and especially so for two families. we really liked having multiple living spaces and could see how it would work well for a couple families with children. Heatwave Vacay

We spent a week at Sea Breeze during a recent heatwave with a group of six adults, one child, and one dog - the layout worked well allowing for everyone to have their own space. The house stayed cool with an 100+ degree heat index and we never had any issues with the AC unit keeping up. Location is fantastic - you can walk to the beach, restaurants, and bars. House was very clean when we arrived. The pool was not great - always seemed dirty - but it was swimmable if you did not mind the bugs. Views were lovely from the third floor and the kitchen/dining area was perfect for family dinners and gatherings. We would rent the house again and recommend to others looking for comfort and easy access to the beach.

We like the location of the home...watching the birds in the marsh pond is a delight. It is convenient to all activities in the village, especially by bike. The ramp to the door is wonderful. No schlepping suitcases, groceries, etc up the stairs! The Bacon`s have taken time to make sure the home is comfortable and pleasing to renters. Beach fun

Overall everything was wonderful. There were a few complaints, the ice maker in frig did not work, the icemaker on bottom floor did not work and stereo and dvd player in livingroom did not work. Just word out for the older people who may have knee or hip problems, there are 3 flights of stairs, 4 if including the spiral staircase leading to the loft.

Nice location but needs some love.

The location was great for us. Walking distance to coffee and super-fast to the beach. We could bike to the grocery store as well. The house could use some love and attention. The kitchen was not fully stocked with trash bags, dish towels, potholders or a drainer. There were not enough towels either, which seemed weird. And the house could use some regular maintenance and a deep clean. We had some current and former cleaning company owners in our group so we cleaned but we should not have to.
