Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior and a beachy vibe throughout the well-appointed living area. This brand-new construction home boasts contemporary decor, upscale furnishings, and natural light, radiating comfort from every corner. Relax and make yourself at home by resting on the plush furniture, streaming a movie marathon on the large TV, or serving brunch on the balcony or in the picnic area. Prepare grand meals and beach picnic snacks in the open-concept kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances, ample cupboard room, and a formal dining table.

Comfortable beds in spacious bedrooms ensure everyone receives a wonderful night's rest from the day's activities. The main bedroom boasts a lovely en suite bathroom with an oversized walk-in shower. Community Amenities: The Club Hatteras Community Pool and Playground are located at 41156 NC Hwy 12 Avon, NC 27915. The pool is generally open from Memorial Day through Labor Day, from 10 AM to 6 PM. Please note that the operation of community pool dates and times may vary dependent on weather and pool management companies.

Around Avon Village: There's plenty to enjoy beyond the beach! Grab fresh local seafood, browse locally owned shops, or cast a line from the historic Avon Fishing Pier. Beach Access: Just a short walk from the house! Head down Croaker Court toward the ocean. A public beach access boardwalk and path are located at the end of the street, providing easy access to the beach.
