Beautiful Condo and Perfect Location!

We stayed at the condo March 4-9 and loved it! The accommodations were brand new and gorgeous with top of the line features. We were a group of five adults, four of whom skied all day and one stayed back and went to the spa at the Westin and enjoyed the big screen tv in the condo, close proximity to restaurants, etc. We loved being able to use the amenities at the Westin, especially the ski valet which made skiing so convenient, apres in the lobby bar and the Starbucks. Grabbing the gondola to take us right up the mountain was perfect! We rented a car and parked in the warm underground garage. We loved the hot tubs and pool. The kitchen was stocked with all pots/pans/kitchenware you would need. Reed was super-easy to communicate with and responsive. Beds were super-comfy and so much closet space to tuck away ski bags, etc. Overall premiere location and we would stay there again without question!

Convenience and luxury

We have stayed at the Westin for meeting/ski combos many times. This time several friends chose to split this condo which is very convenient to the slopes and hotel. Would stay here again.

Perfect spot!

We had skiers and non skiers with us. The location was perfect for the skiers. Just a short walk to the gondola. The non skiers were able to take the bus to Vail for a day and up to Beaver Creek. Hot tubs were great after a day of skiing. Super clean, great communication. Our group loved it!

Beautiful Condo!

Everything in the condo was great! It’s clean, nicely decorated, spacious and comfy. Absolutely love that it’s just a few steps to the Westin. We enjoyed the restaurant, apre ski cookies and cocoa, the bar, the market and Starbucks. The ski valet is very handy, and having rentals on site is very convenient. I have to say that this is not a typical ski in/out property (but it’s also not priced like one). You grab your equipment from the ski valet (which in close proximity to the condole), get in a gondola, ride for a few minutes, get out, put on your skis and then ski a short distance to get on a lift to the top. (Unless you want to ski a short run back where you started). Not terrible, but not the expected ski in/out situation where you put on your skis and head right down the mountain. Which is impossible here because it is at the bottom of the mountain. I just didn’t realize this prior to arriving.Also, it’s nice that the Westin has a shuttle, but we weren’t informed that their policy changed, and it’s only free in the town of Avon. We used Lyft instead.

Absolutely Love This Condo!

Unit 100 in One Riverfront in Avon is an absolutely amazing property! The owner and property management company have thought of everything, and I mean everything, you need to call this condo home away from home. The spacious layout of the condo itself works very well with plenty of room for family and friends to gather in the living/dining room while allowing privacy to the bedrooms. Each room is appointed with comfortable, high-end furnishings and the kitchen has everything you need for both short and long-term stays. I rented this property for one month to serve as our home away from home while putting finishing touches on our daughter’s wedding and our family and friends all commented on how beautiful the condo was, how convenient it was to the Westin, and how much they enjoyed being able to visit. The ability to use the Westin’s amenities as well as ease of access to the private underground parking makes this property perfect for any renters needs, any season. The proximity to the Westin, Eagle River, Riverfront Gondola, along with grocery stores and shops is unmatched. Everything you need is within a couple of blocks. We’ll be back for ski season and would definitely rent from Charlie and Reed in the future.

Lovely Weekend Getaway!

This is my new favorite condo in Beaver Creek! We have always stayed in one of Reed's 3 bedroom condo's at the Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa (next door). But that one was booked so he suggested this 3 bedroom at the One Riverfront building next door. We absolutely loved it and will be back again. It has its own pool but you also have access to the Westin's pool and health club. Best of both worlds! Highly recommend!

What a beautiful place!

We’re stayed in several properties in the Vail Valley and this was by far the best experience we’ve had. The property could not have been better…I wish there were more stars to give. It is so beautiful with high quality finish out and amenities. The building is quiet and has its own pool and three hot tubs. We used the pool on repeat. We walked to The Westin for dinner several times and used the work out facilities which are top notch. The Westin has been our favorite place to stay, but One Riverfront is heads and shoulders above even The Westin. This property is not a hotel but much more private. Charlie and Reed are so attentive, stocking the property with everything you need including luxury toiletries. We will definitely be returning. Also free parking for one car saves you a ton versus normal parking fees.

Beautiful Condo!

We recently stayed at this stunning 3-bedroom condo, and it exceeded all my expectations! The brand-new construction is immaculate, with spacious interiors that made us feel right at home. The access to the pool was a fantastic bonus, and we enjoyed relaxing at the rooftop bar just an elevator ride away. Having access to the amenities at the Westin next door was the cherry on top. The property manager, Reed, was very helpful when we had questions. This place was perfect for our group...already planning our return for a ski trip this winter. We’ll definitely be back!
