"This place was right next door to the Hatteras Landing Marina which was exactly what I needed. Property Manager was always polite, helpful and quick to respond. Would definitely recommend and Use Again!! "

"Very clean place to stay bed was extremely comfortable, there were no plateware/bowls in the kitchen. I'm not sure if something happened to the bowls and plates but luckily my friend was staying in another unit and I ate with her. Otherwise it was a great place, I would book again."

"No ac in the front half of the room. I contacted them and did nothing about it. Wifi access didn't work like it was supposed to. Previous tenants under garments left in the TV stand drawer. Hot water barely worked in the kitchen. Didn't get pool access until the second day"

"It was ok, not great. Tried to modify our dates due to the storm and even with trip insurance nothing could be done. Had to pay for an extra day bc of lack of flexibility even though upon arrival it was quite evident most rooms were available. Never met or even saw a staff member while there. Needed help with wifi and only got a text message the next day asking if we wanted them to send out maintenance. Felt like we were an inconvenience booking their rental. Would definitely look...

"We really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect, with beautiful beach access across the street, beautiful views on the sound side watching the Ferry and Sunsets. Hatteras Village is less crowded and doesn’t have all the tourists stuff which is just what we wanted. The room was clean, nice pool and lots of parking available and close enough to walk for some restaurants. The negative part of my review is because The Village Beach Club should not be included with any pictures for this listing...
