Solea is a brand-new, beautifully styled apartment designed for relaxed Central Coast stays. Its open-plan living area flows to a spacious furnished terrace with lake views - an inviting setting for morning coffee, long lunches, or an evening meal from the Weber BBQ.

Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire apartment, including the private entrance, balcony/terrace, and two secure undercover garage parking spaces. EV charging is available.



The building has lift access and the apartment is single level. Self check-in via smart lock offers a convenient arrival. Lake access and shared beach access are available.

Coast Hosting is a professional hosting company. Before arrival, you will need to provide a digital copy of your ID through a secure online guest check-in form.



A refundable $250 security bond is required for the duration of your stay to cover potential damages. It will be released within 7 days of departure, provided there are no issues. Card details are also required through the secure form and are encrypted and processed through the Stripe payment gateway in accordance with strict privacy laws; they are not shared with third parties or retained beyond what is necessary for payment or authorisation.
