Watch the sunrise from the newly renovated deck! Relax and unwind overlooking the beach. This tastefully decorated two bedroom unit is located right on the beachfront and is
only a 1 minute walk to shops and cafes. Perfectly situated in between surf club/rock pool and the lagoon only 200m away. The unit sleeps 4 comfortably. This unit is the perfect
place to come and stay for your next holiday.

in the main bedroom. Linen is provided at this unit.

Most relaxing beach stay

So clean, so comfortable, so close to the beach, what more could you want? Also beautifully furnished with beach themes. Sleeping to the sound of the waves was wonderful and having meals on the balcony was amazing with the water views. Loved it.

Close to the beach and shops

Nice cosy flat with direct access to the beach and a couple of minutes walk to shops and restaurants. The flat had everything to cook a reasonable meal. There was an easy to use gas BBQ. Washing and laundry products and facilities were available. And there was an adequate amount of cleaning products, toilet paper, rubbish bags, etc for the stay.Probably more to do with the neighbours, but the vans and utes parked very close to the driveway severely blocked visibility and made it difficult to exit the carpark.

Relaxing

It was wonderful to hear the ocean and it did not disturb us at night. It would be helpful if properties were listed with or without stairs and whether the unit is ground level or higher as we are both in our eighties and the stairs were not something we were good with. Excellent location. Best feature is terrace

A big plus of this unit is being on the beach with a limited view of a small section of it from the large, comfortable and well-equipped terrace. The building has the feel of a almost completely modernized older building. It has 6 other units in close proximity. Hope for quiet neighbours. Tiny bathroom. Old kitchen cabinets and plumbing.The view of the beach from the terrace is far less than in VRBO’s outdated photo showing the roof of a house that has been replaced by a larger and higherone.

Beach side stay

We spent a lovely relaxing week here and enjoyed the break away from the city. The property is right beside the beach, very well maintained and a short walk to shops and cafes.

Loved our stay at Avoca. Was a nice and relaxing getaway. Fantastic location to shops and beach. All within walking distance. Best part was the beach at your doorstep.

Unit 5

Having spent many family holidays in these units, it was wonderful to see the difference the balconies have made to them. The unit was very well fitted out and had absolutely everything plus more we needed. Loved our few days here and plan on returning.
