Wait, there’s more! The backyard boasts a luxurious private hot tub, outdoor dining, gas grill, fire pit for smores, hammock, and plenty of seating for friends!

This is the perfect vacation rental for travelers, whether it is for fun, business, or

Directly across the street is Boggy Creek Greenbelt popular for its running/biking trail and gazebos that usually host parties and get togethers.

The house was nicely equipped and decently close to downtown Austin. The backyard area was nice and the kitchen had decent amenities in it. The houses next door and surrounding area are a bit sketchy looking, but we didn’t feel unsafe. The host was responsive, but after checking out I received a message from the host accusing us of breaking something. The back door latch was broken upon our arrival and I was charged 150 to fix a part that costs 6 at Homedepot. The host didn’t even ask me about it or discuss anything with me just assumed we broke it and charged me a crazy bill. So, if this place meets your location needs it may be nice for you as long as you don’t have to interact with the host.

Communication was great with the host and check in/out procedures were well communicated. The inside was very nice and updated. The backyard was pretty big. We enjoyed the very large Jacuzzi and wonderful deck as well as the campfire pit. The location is not downtown, but within a very short drive so that was also something great. There is a nice walking trail across the street as well which was nice to be able to use. Would highly recommend.

Great stay!!

We had such a great stay at this beautiful home. No issues whatsoever. The host was awesome with communication. Very clean and nicely furnished and decorated. The hot tub was a great addition. I would definitely recommend this property.

A beautiful house with great location

The house is beautiful, cozy, clean, well organized for our family (2 adults, 2 teens, and 2 dogs). It is located in a safe neighborhood. The backyard and porch are spacious with a nice private view. There's a green walking trail right across the street in front of the property. My dogs loved walking with me on the trail every morning. The place is about 10-20 minutes drive to most major attractions in Austin which is very convenient. Overall we enjoyed our stay here very much.

Great property!

Our family loved our long weekend stay here! The hot tub and fire pit were perfect. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking and there was plenty of room for five of us, with one person sleeping on a roll away bed in the living room. Main bedroom mattress was incredibly comfortable and there was great water pressure. Excellent, safe location for checking out East Austin neighborhoods. Host was communicative and responsive, when needed. Check in/out was convenient, would definitely stay again. Thank you!

girls weekend

We stayed here for a girls weekend in Austin. the house is cute, we had 5 people and I wouldn't put more than 6 people in the house. Two of the twins listed are cots, not actual beds. One of the twins was a trundle bed. The neighborhood was close to downtown, everything was 5-10 minute drive away.

A great place and an awesome location!

Had a great stay with some friends celebrating 4th of July weekend. The place was really nice and exactly as advertised! And the location couldn't be better with everything we did within 15 minutes. Highly recommend staying here!

Childhood friends get together

I chose this property for the backyard fire pit and jacuzzi. The chairs around the fire pit were so nasty couldn't even use them. The house is cute thought it's pretty dirty. The cleaning company is awful and every door is filled with dirt around the handle, dried food on the wall, the porch should be power washed. The bedding is awful and the mattress in the master two people can't sleep on as it sinks into the middle.

Great Place for Relaxing

We used this house as just a couple, however there is plenty of space to bring a family of 5-6. The backyard area is amazing and the hot tub made it very easy to relax. It’s also not in a crazy busy part of town, but still very close to downtown. We would definitely stay again.

Great place to hang out with friends and enjoy the grill/hot tub. Short Uber to good night life. Smart TVs with streaming services already set up. Property manager was responsive and let us stay a few extra hours since our flight was delayed.

What a great place to relax and enjoy Austin!!

My family really enjoyed the hot tub and the coziness of the home. Comfortable beds, a TV in every bedroom which was nice for everyone to be able to enjoy their favorite show. There was a fire pit and gas grill that added to the backyard and large deck area. The home is located directly across from a neighborhood park and walking trail. My daughter and her friend really enjoyed hopping on and riding their bikes. It was a huge Thanksgiving success!!

Incredible location and backyard!

This house is so perfectly located across from a nice trail and near local food and drinks. But really, you'll spend most of your time in the backyard with a wonderful deck area, huge hot tub, and fire pit sitting area. Owner is super responsive and wonderful host. Would definitely rent again!!
