Welcome to the Waterfalls Estate on Lake Austin by ABOVE Vacation Residences. Experience Texas luxury living just minutes from the heart of downtown Austin in this architect-designed home has been thoughtfully constructed with the finest materials and design elements. With over 7 levels and 6 bedrooms, this estate is spacious and open, but you can also find plenty of privacy. Head to the lowest level on the elevator to enjoy the media room or play a game of shuffleboard with your group. Just outside is the pool and outdoor kitchen with living and dining areas – all with views of the lake. For a special treat, walk down the steps and experience the property’s private waterfall. There is a private boat dock featuring an inviting 2nd floor with dining and lounging areas to enjoy those lake views.

This property is regularly set for 14 guests, but, with homeowner approval, can host as many as 16 guests with luxury Frontgate beds which would also be set with ABOVE standard luxury linens. A large group fee may apply. All guests must be pre-approved to rent this estate. A full guest list will be required. Boat tie-up may be available by approval and with a fee.

Disclaimer: Room configurations, decor, and contents may have changed since photos were taken. Hot tub heating is complimentary and managed by request with your house manager. Not all pools can be heated. Pool heating is available by request and approval, with a fee of $500 for 3 days, subject to seasonal availability.

Booking Info: All bookings must be pre-approved. “Click to book” is a request, not a confirmation, ensuring alignment with Homeowner and Guest expectations.

Pets: Pets are considered at this property pending Owner approval prior to arrival. There is a pet fee to cover extra cleaning. Any damages due to a Guest pet will be charged against Guest deposit.

No events or outside vendors are permitted that will exceed the capacity of the house without written pre-approval from ABOVE Vacation Residences
