The Space:
Relax and unwind in this Travis Heights 950 sq ft townhome. Enter into a light-filled, contemporary space just minutes from vibrant South Congress (SoCo) and downtown. Custom walnut cabinetry, stained concrete floors, and cozy furnishings create a welcoming haven. When you're ready to explore, discover trendy cafes, boutique shops, live music, and hike & bike trails all right at your doorstep.

For downtime between outings, sit back and relax on an extra large sofa, connect your own streaming account on the Smart TV, and watch a good movie.

Indulge your culinary desires in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with a gas range, stainless steel appliances, and a convenient "waterfall" island with 2 retro-style barstools that open to the living room. To enjoy sit-down meals at home, there’s a stylish dining table to seat 4, and if you prefer dining al fresco, there’s a table on the deck outside.

When it’s time for sweet dreams, both bedrooms await with queen-size beds and high-quality linens for a restful sleep. Both bedrooms feature an office desk with comfortable chairs for working on your laptop if needed. They also have ample closet space so that you can unpack and feel more at home during your stay. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo and designer fixtures.

Traveling with your furry friend? We allow 2 dogs as long as their combined weight is no more than 60 lbs. (Must sign a pet agreement, and there’s a fee per night. Certain breed restrictions apply.)

Getting Around:
The nearest international airport is Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS) 8 miles | 13 km away. We recommend getting around by car. There‘s free covered parking for one vehicle and also free street parking. You can also use Uber and Lyft in Austin.

Travis Heights is a wonderful residential neighborhood filled with unique upscale homes, a beautiful park and a natural springs pool that is free for visitors. The neighborhood is next to the South Congress area, Lady Bird Lake and a seven minute drive to downtown Austin.

Other Things to Note:
Guests will need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

We provide some bath essentials like soap, shampoo, conditioner, body gel, toilet paper, and some garbage bags. Please note that these are not replenished during your stay.

Pack-n-Play travel crib (with sheets) & high chair are available upon request.

Daily house cleaning is not available however, if you would like a mid-stay cleaning, one can be arranged for a fee. Please let us know in advance.

We kindly ask all guests to abide by these HOUSE RULES:
- Travelers must be at least 25 years old or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, vaping etc.) inside the home, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited.
- No parties, events, or illegal activities are permitted, and no excessive noise, especially between 10:00 pm and 7 am, will be tolerated. Please respect the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- Pet-friendly with prior authorization at booking, a signed pet agreement, and a pet fee of $25 per night. Pet fee is requested after booking is confirmed. Dogs only, sorry no puppies or cats. Two dogs max with a combined weight of 60 lbs. Pet fee is requested once boking is already confirmed.

Interaction with Guests:
It’s self-check-in using a code. All the access codes will be provided to you before your arrival.
You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we’re available 7 days a week. Should you need anything, just send us a message!

2025 Summer

Loved the property and location!! Only issues was the temperature of the water in the house. It is set way too high and could potentially scald someone if they were not careful. I would recommend the owner lowering it to avoid any future issues. Otherwise we had a wonderful stay and would recommend!!

Great location

Great small soco house in a nice neighborhood. Walked every evening and felt safe. One note, that I did not see in the listing, is this shares a back wall with another property. More of a condo than a house. The car port is split between unit A and Unit B. We did not have any issues and enjoyed our stay.

This property is perfect.

It is our first visit to Austin and my family was so happy that we stayed at one of Lodgewell properties. This place is very clean, spacious, and well equipped. It is centrally located to pretty much everything. Our initial booking took a tad longer than expected as Lodgewell was asking for copy of ID & bank statement etc. In the end, all went well because of the excellent communication from management. A little tip for future visitors to this property that I wish Lodgewell had informed us..... the driveway is very steep and if you are not driving a truck/SUV, make sure you go up the driveway at an angle . We learnt it the hard way, after our car bottom scraped the driveway with the most horrific squeaking scream. Overall, this property is PERFECT!!!

Good times

My wife, daughter and I planned a spontaneous trip to the Austin area and decided to stay here while on the road! Lodgewell staff were very communicative and quick responding to help us out. Home was nice and clean and in a great area that was convenient to most places. Parking was a bit tight under the carport for our smaller SUV but that was only issue. We would stay here again for sure! Thanks

Great Location

This property looked exactly like the pictures. We were able to walk to South Congress and the neighborhood is very nice. There is also a nearby green belt along a creek for hiking or jogging. We’ll definitely stay here again.

My friends and I had such a great time staying at this property for the weekend to visit Austin. The house was so clean and so cute and in such a convenient location to get to all the fun places in Austin. Modern Space in Austin Neighborhood

The space was modern, spacious and clean. Good size bathroom. Bedrooms were roomy. Main BR had desk great for working remotely. Kitchen had all the things you need for cooking. We didn’t cook but it was stocked with pots, pans, Utensils , chopping boards, knives, wine opener, wine glasses, coffee maker, microwave, full-size fridge, stove. Neighborhood was great. 3 min drive to SoCo. 5-7 mins downtown, less than 10 other neighborhoods. Area is a hit hilly and windy, so pay attention as there lots of guard rails on road. Dani was responsive and helpful. We had completely privacy while there.

Awesome stay in Austin

House was perfect! Everything was very clean and well organized. The location was in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. Short walk to South Congress and downtown. We walked or biked everywhere. All the neighbors were so friendly. Dani is super responsive. When in Austin in the future we will be sure to stay here.

Great house located in Travis Heights which I consider one of the best neighborhoods in Austin. Perfect for dog walking, bike riding or just shopping on South Congress. Make sure to also hit the food trucks on 1st.

Travis Heights gem

Very easy to get to anywhere in Austin. Very clean updated property with amenities. Lovely neighborhood for a morning walk. Owners very responsive.
