Whether you’re looking for a weekend escape or a longer stay, this cozy space offers a blend of comfort and style, complete with a charming patio featuring Adirondack chairs, a gas fire pit, and a grill—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring Austin.



The Space:

This duplex sleeps up to 4. The primary bedroom features a king size bed and the second bedroom has a queen. The living room features a comfy couch with with plenty of extra seating and a bar to enjoy some drinks at. Relax on the patio around the fire or grill. Lights are wired for nighttime entertainment.



High speed wifi and large smart TV.



I provide a range of extras to make your stay as comfortable and convenient as possible. These include:

- Towels, linens, iron, and make-up wipes

Maximum occupancy is 4 guests, unless otherwise approved. There are 3 off-street parking spots available. Additional & free street parking is available too.
