This sweet tiny home sits where a historical salon thrived for years. The lovely vibe with smart tv, thoughtful kitchenette and modern bathroom was once a bustling salon. The grandest part of the tiny home is the ideal location to 7th Street and 11 Street - you could even walk to the Capital. Our favorite, though, is the cafe around the corner. Don't worry, we will supply you with our personal favorites in the area! There are plenty!

Yes, it is a tiny home ( 8ft by 28ft ), but you'll love the completeness of it all! The bathroom is plenty big with a fill shower and all of the amenities. The full ed is memory foam, so you will sleep like a babe. Wifi is strong for streaming and the table works great for a desk. With two comfy chairs and even a cozy front porch, and your quriky Austin stay is complete!

What is the parking situation?
On street parking is free and just in front of the house.

Is The Tiny a true tiny home?
Yes. It is a stand alone house with its own front yard, but it is small and suitable for one or two people.

Is the space wheelchair friendly?
There are a few steps up to the front door. The bed is in a loft that is up some tiny/home type stairs.

How do I check in?
A day or two before your arrival, we send the details for your check in: address, door code, wifi info. You will be able to come and go using a code. If you have issues with the code, let us know and we will get you a physical key.

Is a pack/play or high chair available?
Yes! If you let us know ahead of time, we can have the pack n play and/or high chair waiting for you at the house.

Can I extend a stay?
To extend a stay, you can request through the app or message us. We will check the calendar then send confirmation with the new payout.

Can I change or cancel my reservation?
We have a moderate cancellation policy. It may vary a bit between platforms, but usually 5 days prior to arrival guests may receive a full refund. If a guests wants to make changes within the five days arrival or after arrival, we cannot provide a refund.

Are pets allowed?
We love dogs and love to host but they do cause more complications for our cleaning crew. We have a limit of 2 dogs with a 50.00 pet fee. Pups cannot be left unattended in the house.
Please let us know if you are bringing your pup. If guests arrive with a pet without making prior arrangements, the fee is 250.00. Because of allergies, we cannot host cats.

Service vs Emotional Support
Service dogs have received specialized training to perform a specific task or tasks for an individual with a disability are considered service animals. Please provide the documentation and the pet fee is waived. Emotional support animals are important as well, but they will be charged the pet fee.

Are there extra pillows?
We provided two pillows per person. For instance, a queen bed will have four sleeping pillows. We leave plenty of extra blankets as well.

Are extra guests allowed?
If you have a few (2-3) friends pop over, this is not an issues. If you have extra guests sleeping over or more than five guests for an event, please ask and we can asses:)

Is smoking allowed outside?
Yes, you are welcome to smoke outside the space. Please pick up cigarette butts. Smoking inside the home would result in a 250.00 fee for cleaning and possible blocking nights for other guests.

Could we leave our luggage?
We are able to store luggage in the space for two hours before or after check in. Let us know so our cleaners are not surprised. Our carpart is also a safe option for leaving bags for a longer time period. Just let us know. There is also a service (usebounce) that is an option for storing bags.


Could I have an early check-in or late checkout?
Yes! For this extra guest service we request $20 an hour (up to two hours max). This allows our cleaners to manage their time and have houses ready in a timely manner.

What is a MUST do in Austin?
We love Barton Springs (especially in warmer months). South Congress has so much in a close proximity. Park close to Jo’s Coffee and stroll from there (shopping, cafes, music!). Vera Cruz tacos are really the best Austin has! Our Capital is gorgeous and very work a drive by!
