Main Home

This magnificent residence is 2 stories with the main living downstairs, as well as a bedroom/studio off the kitchen, and an impressive master upstairs, including a fireplace in the bedroom! The downstairs bedroom includes a full bathroom (with walk-in shower), a kitchenette and a private entrance through the courtyard area.

This space absolutely gorgeous – tall ceilings, beautiful hardwoods, brand new furnishings, lots of windows offering tons of natural light. This home has an open floor plan between the kitchen, dining and living areas – The ideal setup for entertaining – maybe a cocktail hour or a dinner party before you hit South Congress for all it has to offer.



Second Home

Great SoCo location

The layout of the property really fit our group. They’re actually two houses – connected but also separate entrances, separate kitchens. We rented both. Privacy between the different sections – a great kitchen and dining room in the main, larger part. A definite good find.

Photos could use updating, but overall the location and space of this property was great. Slight miscommunication with check in process, but overall would stay here again!

Pros and Cons

Overall, the place had its pros and cons. There was plenty of space for four couples to have their own privacy. The main house (and particularly) the master bedroom was very nice - although the master did not have a bedroom door. The remaining guest rooms were slightly out of date / sub quality to the pictures on the website. The location is great and truly can’t beat it. The main problem we faced was a bug infestation, seeing 4+ cockroaches during our visit. The owner / management company was quick to respond and brought pest control immediately (they were generally very responsive, a nice touch); however, the pest control did not resolve the bug problem during our visit. The owners did provide us a 20% discount off a future stay yet that did not solve our current problem with the current living arrangements. We don’t know if we would stay there again with a future 20% discount knowing critters may be roaming the property. Ideally, we would have received a discount off our current stay but unfortunately we were not given one.

Great property-perfect location!

This is a perfect property for large groups. We traveled with 3 couples and there was plenty of room and privacy for everyone. The hosts were extremely helpful and very responsive-shops and restaurants were within a few minutes walk. I would highly recommend!!

Great House in Austin

Had a party of 8 that stayed here in March of 2020. The house is great and there was plenty of room for us all. The separate house out back gave everyone there own privacy. Very well decorated and in a great neighborhood. It is just a couple blocks from Congress so a short walk to everything there. The property mgmt company was very quick to respond to everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Austin house for a group in an even better location!

We just had a fantastic long weekend in Austin and one of the best parts was this house! We were a group of 8 (4 couples) and it was so nice for everyone to have their own space but the main gathering areas were perfect for us all to hang out. We didn't want to rent a car which was not a problem because you are literally steps away S. Congress and some awesome shops and restaurants and a short Lyft or Uber to Downtown. All three living areas were very clean and we were pleasantly surprised to find them stocked with seltzer, fresh fruit and pastries, and even wine! We would stay here again and highly recommend it.

40th birthday trip- it was a blast!

We had a great time. Location was ideal. Close to shopping, bars, and food. Perfect place to hang out with a group of old friends and reconnect during the day then go out at night. Thanks!

Beautiful house in a fantastic location

The house was perfect for our family get-away. The house's layout was the perfect balance of common areas to hang out and enough privacy for the multiple couples traveling together. The pictures of the house don't do it justice, it was even prettier in person. It was obviously recently updated (though it seems like the landscaping in the front hasn't been finished yet, which made it easy to track dust inside. But I suspect when that's done it will be as beautiful as the rest of the house). The only thing that we wished the place had was a fire pit in the patio in the back. It was such a great spot to hang out that -- it just seemed like a fire pit would have been an awesome addition. The house is in a perfect location for great restaurants and cute stores, and a short drive to lots of other things that Austin has to offer. I'd definitely stay here again if/when I come back to Austin. It really is a great house.

Wonderful find!

Beautiful renovation, and an excellent location. The master bedroom suite is particularly nice, and the neighborhood is quiet, even though only one and a half blocks from S. Congress St.
