The property is in a quiet residential area. The neighboring families have young children and are sensitive with noise. If you're looking for a place to party, book elsewhere. Neighbors will call the authorities and shut the party down along with our business.

•We have a strict no party / loud music rule. There is a minimum fine of $500.
•No Shoes inside the property.
•No Smoking of ANY KIND in the unit. Only permitted outside the house.
•No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays
Check-in time is 5 - 2am (fees apply after 10pm)
•No Extra/ Overnight Guests (Have more guests than stated in your reservation or if the number doesn't match we reserve the right to cancel your reservation)
•No Mail Delivered here (unless personally arranged with me ahead of time)
•No Moving / Rearranging of the furniture (unless otherwise specified)
•No unplugging of the electronics like Tvs, cable boxes, lamps, Roku sticks etc No Pre-Check in
•Bag Storage (Only possible when available, upon request, and for a fee)
•No Disrespecting/ disturbing neighbors
•No parking anywhere other than assigned spaces we show you
•No loud noise or music past 10 pm
•A matching photo ID will be requested before sending out the check-in information.
