Whether you spend time taking in the city, snuggle up at home for movie night, or whip up a delicious homemade meal this home has everything you need to spend quality time together.



Make this chic, centrally located house your home base after indulging in everything the Brentwood neighborhood has to offer. Enjoy Austin’s beloved bars, breweries, live music venues, and eateries all a walk, scooter, or Uber away. This house comfortably welcomes six guests who want a cozy retreat with two in the primary queen bedroom that has a door leading to the screened-in porch. The second bedroom comfortably sleeps four more, with two in a queen bed and two in a twin with a trundle bed. Extra pillows and bedding are available for use with the trundle bed!



Free parking is available in the driveway as well as street parking, and you’ll access the house easily with an electronic keypad. After adventuring through town, stream your favorite shows and movies on the sizable living room TV, have a luxurious soak in the relaxing garden tub, or cuddle up in one of the comfy beds with hotel-quality linens. You’ll find a full refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and other cooking essentials in the kitchen. The place is great, especially the big screened in porch. If it's too cold (I guess it actually does happen in Austin) to eat on the porch or something, and you have more than two people for a meal, there are only two places to sit at the kitchen island. Otherwise, it's dandy.

Nice Place

The house was very nice and had everything I needed. The only issue I had was that it's hard to find, especially in the dark so I'd recommend getting there before sunset to make sure you can find the place. I had to park, get out of my car and walk the street until I finally found it. Other than that, it's a great place to stay for a single, couple or a couple of friends.

The house was the perfect fit for our family of 5. 3 boys in one room and parents in the other. Clean and great location. We will definitely return. Only tiny bit of critical feedback would be backyard was overgrown so kids couldn’t really play in the back, but that was minor. We loved our stay overall.

Austin girl trip

We had a good time in Austin. The house was in a good location, convenient to everything. Huge back porch worked out great for us to play dominoes on. Checking in and checking out was fine. Plenty of parking, although we only needed space for one car.

This could be a GEM, just needs maintenance

Wendy and James were excellent communicators. Professional & clear. There are many maintenance items that should be checked - Most importantly, water is leaking into the bathroom shower wall tile - and there is mildew growing. The BR fan is full of dust, so is probably not working efficiently. Toilet seat is very worn and should be replaced. The back patio/porch is not fully screened. It's a nice space, but right now, there is no advantage to sitting in this space vs. in the yard as we were exposed to mosquitos, flies, moths, and other bugs. Garbage disposal switch for the kitchen sink does not work. The handle on the kitchen sink faucet repeatedly falls off... and we just screw it back on. Because there is no knob on the brass lamp in the LR, guests plug and unplug the cord for lighting - like a poor college student. Floor lamp in front BR does not work. Lastly, the left closet door handle in the Master BR is not secured at all. It fell out when I tried to open the closet. With regular maintenance and TLC, this cute little cottage could be a GEM!

Cute little house

House is really cute. Smaller than I expected. Checkin process was a little of a hassle. Received several emails about what time I’m checking in. Still didn’t receive the door code until after 4. The night before check in I received email about what time I am checking out. Then the morning of received another email about what time I’m checking out. Feel like I was bombarded with emails during the stay. Storage space for clothes was lit the best. Had to hang most of the stuff up. The washer machine shook the whole house during its spin cycle. We didn’t spend much time at the house though.

Cute property. One of the windows was unlocked. But otherwise felt very safe. Some tables were not clean. Food crumbs, and rings from glasses were visible.
