The East Riverside setting balances privacy and connection, giving you space to unwind while staying close to everything that makes the city feel alive.



Sleeping Arrangements

- Three bedrooms each feature a queen-size bed with fresh linens, hangers and storage.

- The fourth bedroom offers a twin bed and a dedicated workspace with desk and chair, perfect for remote work or quieter downtime.

- A queen-size sofa sleeper in the living room provides an additional flexible sleeping spot, and a queen air mattress can be added if needed.

- Room‑darkening shades, extra pillows and blankets ensure restful nights.



Bathrooms & Laundry

- Four full bathrooms keep mornings and evenings easy for a full group, each stocked with bathroom essentials and hot water.

- An in‑unit washer and dryer add convenience for longer stays.



Kitchen & Dining

- The fully equipped kitchen includes generous counter space and all the essentials for everyday meals or longer stays.

- A casual breakfast nook with four stools sits alongside the kitchen, making it easy to enjoy casual meals or keep conversation flowing while cooking.



Living Space & Workspace

- Open‑concept living area blends the kitchen and lounge, creating a natural gathering spot for coffee chats or TV evenings.

- A comfy sofa converts to a queen‑size sleeper, and a dedicated workspace with desk and chair supports remote work.

- Step onto the patio or explore the shared backyard area.

- The shared heated pool and shared hot tub are open year‑round with set hours (10:00 AM – 10:30 PM) and include pool toys and a water slide for extra fun.

- An outdoor playground provides space for kids to burn off energy.

- A shared gym nearby is available, though the host is not responsible for third‑party amenities and cannot offer refunds if they close unexpectedly.



Location & Neighborhood

- Situated in East Riverside, the residential neighborhood offers easy access to downtown Austin, the Texas Capitol, Zilker Park, South Congress, live‑music venues, restaurants and cultural attractions.

- Free on‑site parking and free street parking make getting around simple, whether you head out for the day or return late.

Heath, the safety and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each check-out.

This home is tucked nicely away but close. This would be an ideal location if you are coming for a major event or concert, like ACL, F1, or SXSW.



We are pet-friendly but do require a pet fee. It's in our house rules down below.



This is on the second floor and does require a small number of stairs.



This complex itself has recently been renovated. However, we do our best to keep everything clean and fresh.



Please be aware the unit is in the state of Texas there may be pests like roaches, ants, or other bugs. We hire professional pest control to take care of this.



We make sure to provide the basic amenities you need as you book our place (e.g. hand soap, toilet paper) but further supplies especially for long-stay bookings need to be purchased on your own.



Just like at a hotel, we kindly ask you to complete our quick verification process in order to receive your check-in details. This will ask you to provide your ID and lodge a safety deposit. Once this is done, we’ll send you your check-in details.



There's a security camera pointing at the door entrance, as well as a noise detector inside the property.
