  • Welcome to East Elizabeth St Main Home from iTrip Austin! Celebrate life and treat yourself to luxury AND location. Whether you’re here for work or for play, you’ve found the perfect home!



    This magnificent residence is 2 stories with the main living downstairs with a bedroom off the kitchen, and an impressive master upstairs, including a fireplace in the bedroom! The downstairs bedroom includes a full bathroom (with walk-in shower), a kitchenette and a private entrance through the courtyard area.

    This space absolutely gorgeous – tall ceilings, beautiful hardwoods, brand new furnishings, lots of windows offering tons of natural light. This home has an open floor plan between the kitchen, dining and living areas – The ideal setup for entertaining – maybe a cocktail hour or a dinner party before you hit South Congress for all it has to offer.



    Layout:

    * Master bedroom upstairs with King size bed, TV, fireplace and bathroom with huge walk in shower and tub.

    * Second bedroom with XL Full size bed is downstairs to the right of the kitchen and includes separate kitchenette and its own full bathroom.

    * Open floor plan with full kitchen and comfy living room with smart TV, fireplace and half bathroom.



    You’ll be a short walk from just about anything your heart desires – You’ll find restaurants, shops and live music venues all up and down South Congress Avenue (affectionately referred to as ‘SoCo’ by the locals). Walk to some of Austin's favorite restaurants. Tacos from Torchy's, pizza from Home Slice, all of the foods you came to try, just walking distance away. If you’re interested in seeing the Bats take flight from the Congress Bridge, you’re less than a mile away! If you want to check out the Rainey Street night-life while you’re in town, it’s a short 2-mile pedi-cab ride, or you can take a lyft. Feel like taking a swim in Barton Springs while you’re in town? You’re just 2 miles away!



    If you are coming in for one of the (many) high-profile events such as South by Southwest, or ACL Musical Festival, this location simply cannot be matched! You will be in the heart of downtown which means:

Great location. Acccurate description

Great place to meet out of town family and explore Austin for a three-day weekend. Pictures were accurate. Loved the Master bath and fireplace in the Master bedroom. Well stocked pantry and kitchen.

Great location…Nice home.

The home is ideally located …1 block from Congress. The home is very comfortable and well equipped. 2 small issues with the home:It took a couple of days to get the hot water running (the hot water heater had not been turned on prior to our arrival). The water pressure in the master bath shower is very, very weak…making it difficult to actually rinse soap and shampoo off your body.

Nice clean home in a good location

Our family enjoyed our stay here. The home is very clean, spacious and well equipped. However, the shower water pressure on both floors could be improved. It's like a trickle and it takes a long time to rinse soap off. An earlier reviewer had mentioned the water pressure issue. I asked the management company about it during booking, to which they told me there's no issue. Apparently they didn't address it. Therefore I'm taking one star off.

Excellent Location - great space

Great location! walking distance to everything on Congress. Kitchen/living area is a great gathering place! The property mgt company was very responsive. When we first arrived we found the 2nd bedroom area locked. Property mgt. company resolved quickly. We found a few minor maintenance issues which we reported so that they could be fixed for the next renters. Also, it would be helpful to have a place to hang clothing upstairs in the master suite. Given we stayed during Formula 1 weekend (which is crazy busy), it was VERY helpful to be able to walk to restaurants for dinner/breakfast, etc. Overall a great property! The folks that rented the apartment behind were very friendly and it was no problem to share the parking area.

Really fun, convenient location walking distance from SoCo (south Congress)

We loved it! Cozy, clean, felt safe and "homey". We will be happy to stay again. If I had an constructive words - there is a back unit that shares a door to the main house - and someone stayed part of our stay in that unit. It sounds like they are in the unit with you which can be awkward. So my advise would be to somehow further soundproof the common door to minimize sound between the 2 units. Small detail - not a deal breaker but worth mentioning !

Very spacious 1-bedroom home. Beautifully decorated. Large kitchen and living area downstairs. Master bedroom and bathroom located upstairs. Home had a unique layout with custom features. Great location, just a few steps off South Congress. Will definitely be back.

Lovely Home in a great location

This is a beautiful home in a wonderful location, just 1 block off of South Congress. We walked just about everywhere! The home is beautifully decorated, bed was very comfortable and kitchen was well-stocked. We truly had everything we could possibly need while in town for 6 days, down to the laundry detergent. iTrip was great, too. Very quick to respond to our questions. Upon arrival, we walked in to a very nice welcome basket that included wine, sparkling water, fruit and pastries. Every box had a check in it - this was a great week in Austin at a wonderful home.

Honeymoon

This is an ideal place to stay in Austin if you’re looking for something right by all the fun while still feeling remote. We loved the electric fireplaces and the bath/shower combo upstairs. We were able to walk to brunch every morning on South Congress and felt safe all the way. In the future, I’d love to stay here again.

We went for our honeymoon and could not say enough amazing things about this place! Great and secluded but right in the heart of a bustling district of Austin with amazing food, shopping, and nightlife! The staff and communication was great and they are thoughtful and responsive in everything. Truly an amazing trip!

First stay in Austin!

Great location just one block from SoCo. Spacious house with lots of light. Bed was very comfortable. Kitchen had many conveniences; however the microwave was missing the piece under the glass plate that makes it rotate. Not a lot of space for two guests to store clothes during a several day stay. Also, could have used more towels- bath and hand towels. Amy was very accommodating when we asked if we could leave our bags in the house after checking out, as we had a late flight that day. Would definitely recommend to friends and family visiting Austin!

Keeps Getting Better

I have stayed at this lovely home several times now...and I notice improvements to the home and amenities each time. The house is spacious and modern…yet cozy and very comfortable. Super location right off of SoCo close to plenty of places to eat and drink. I am very difficult to please (to give a 5 star rating)….but this place checks all of the boxes with ease. I will definitely continue to stay here when my travels take me to Austin.

We had rented one place and at the last the last minute there was something wrong with the unit.

We had rented one place and at the last the last minute there was something wrong with the unit. Itrip took care of us to the fullest. They moved us over into a new unit which was an upgrade from what I had reserved, the location was still great, and the manager contacted me later on to make sure everything seamless. They host worked with us to park early because we had gotten into town a few hours earlier than expected. Really just great customer service!

Great location to explore Austin!

Location was great and the house was very comfortable. Because the property is fairly new, there was now landscaping so unfortunately our luggage was rolled through mud and dirt which made a bit of a mess once inside. There was a bottle of wine and croissants which was a nice touch. The "starter kit" was sufficient for our stay however, it listed laundry detergent pods but we did not find any which made it difficult to do a wash. Though we did not cook there or make coffee, the kitchen was fully stock to "cook up a storm"! Owners suggested bringing a hairdryer, which I pack but I did find one there. Super comfy bed and the heat definitely works! All and all, this property is perfect for a trip to Austin...loved being so close to amazing restaurants, fun shopping and great music! Would definitely consider this house for a return trip to this wonderful city!
