Arrival feels considered from the start. Behind a private gated entry, a covered carport with EV charging makes coming and going simple, and tucked between the carport and the house is a firepit lounge with comfortable outdoor seating — an easy place to gather after a day out exploring the city. Inside, the open-concept main level is filled with natural light. A gourmet Thermador kitchen anchored by a generous island flows into the dining area and a designer-furnished living room, where a 75-inch TV with 5.1 surround sound sets up movie nights and game-day afternoons.

Massive sliding glass doors open the living space right out to a sun-drenched deck and a 20-by-10-foot private saltwater plunge pool, ideal for a morning dip or an unhurried afternoon of lounging. Just past it, a grassy lawn leaves room for yard games and barefoot afternoons, while a second set of glass doors leads to a covered lanai wired with built-in speakers — a natural setting for al fresco dinners or a slow cup of coffee. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
