Open the sliding door to the back patio to step into the perfect backyard lounge area! You will just have to decide if you want to sit on the L-sectional couch under the pergola, hang around the propane fireplace on the comfy chairs or start heating up the propane Weber for some BBQ.

Bedroom 1 (second floor): Our master bedroom won't disappoint with a king-sized bed, a walk-out balcony, and a luxury, spa-like bathroom with two shower heads. For those workcation guests, you will enjoy the desk and workspace!

Bedroom 2 (first floor): A queen-sized bed, full closet, lounging chair, and steps away from a full bathroom.

Bedroom 3 (second floor): This room features a double-size bed w/ a memory foam mattress. For larger groups, it also offers a twin trundle bed (two twin beds). It also has a private full bathroom.

The house has a private driveway that can fit two cars and ample street parking. There is also a washer & dryer for your convenience.

For cancellations, please note that we do charge a payment processing fee on top of our cancellation policy.

We also charge $150 for an unapproved late checkout.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside our property. You can smoke outside the property but we will just ask to make sure the smoke doesn't go inside and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Violation of our non-smoking policy will result in a minimum fee of $500.

We only host groups over the age of 25+ years old. Will need ID verification.

This is a townhouse so it does share a wall but you wil never hear the neighbor and it is very private, even the backyard area.

No parties or events.

Pets are not allowed.
