Welcome to one of our favorite pockets of Austin, a peaceful spot where the lake feels like your backyard, but you’re never too far from a good meal or a great view. Whether you’re in the mood for a lazy day by the water, grabbing tacos at a lakeside café, or chasing sunsets over Lake Travis, this neighborhood has a little something for everyone. It’s the kind of place locals keep to themselves, and we’re excited for you to experience it.

⭐Mary Quinlan Park: Just 1.5 miles from the property, about a 5-minute drive. Walking is possible but will take around 30 minutes, so driving is the better option for convenience. Perfect for a lakeside picnic, kayaking, or a quiet nature escape.

⭐ Ski Shores Cafe: A local favorite located about 3 miles away—roughly a 10-minute drive. Walking isn’t ideal due to the distance, but this lakeside gem is worth the trip for burgers, tacos, and live music.

⭐ The Oasis on Lake Travis: Around 10 miles away or a 20-minute drive, this iconic spot offers stunning sunset views over Lake Travis. Driving is the best way to enjoy this experience.

⭐ Steiner Ranch Steakhouse: Just 5 miles from the property and about a 15-minute drive. Known for its great steaks, live music, and Texas charm, this is a must-visit for a classic dining experience.

🚗Personal Vehicle: Given the suburban setting and the distances to local attractions, having a car is the most convenient way to explore the area and access downtown Austin, which is approximately 20 miles away and about a 30-minute drive.

🚲 Cycling: The neighborhood's scenic routes are ideal for biking enthusiasts. However, due to the distances to some attractions, cycling may be more suitable for leisure rather than commuting to specific destinations.

We have security cameras outside of our property at the entrances for added security and your peace of mind. We do not have any cameras inside, respecting our guests' privacy.

5) The cleaning that you pay for is to clean the home prior to your stay. If you do not pick up after yourself sufficiently when you check out, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee - price depends on how long it takes to clean up after you. We don't expect you to scrub the home, but simply pick up your trash and put everything where you found it
6) Minimum age requirement is 25
7) If you do not check out on time (11AM) you will be charged an additional night

Customer Service

Check in is 3PM, we arrived just before 3 and could not get into our condo because the cleaners were not there yet. We received an email letting us know that check in was moved to 4 30. After a long car ride this was very annoying. Also, there should have been more clarification for the THREE codes to get into the condo (gate, main door, door to condo) Finally, the drain in the large shower did not drain well. We called, i spoke to Wendy (I think that was her name) we had to wait 2 days for this to be addressed. I told Wendy that i did not want someone in our condo unless we were there, she totally disregarded my request and had a maintence person enter when we were not there. The condo is lovely, however, customer service from the condo manager was minimal, we should have been offered some concession for our inconvenience. We were offered a delayed check out but we needed to get on the road. A shout out to Brittney (the cleaner) she worked as fast as she could to get us in the
