Per the city of Austin short term rental ordinance the following rules apply to every vacation rental within city limits, with no exceptions: 1) Outdoor spaces are not available for use from 10 PM to 7 AM, 2) Parties and events are not permitted, 3) Occupancy limit of 6 unrelated adults

This home is pet friendly. However, there is an additional fee and damage deposit required. There are also weight and breed restrictions. Max 2 pets.

HOUSE LIMITATIONS: While we love to celebrate special occasions, the property does not operate as a venue. Reservations are for accommodations only. No guests under 25 (without parent or legal guardian). No Bachelor parties. No smoking anywhere on premises. **Please note that the fifth bedroom has a loft-style layout and does not have a traditional door at the top of the stairs. The queen and king beds on the third floor share one ensuite bathroom.
