The capitol building and historic downtown district are <2 miles away for laidback exploration.
When the evening arrives, you'll find it easy to scooter to the action in the East 6th district or take a 5 minute uber for the rest of the action. The city is at your doorstep and the digs are tailored for your comfort.

This elegant three-story home is set up for an awesome Austin experience for friends and family with everything you need for an effortless stay. Prefer to stay in and cook? Our kitchen is fully equipped with the essentials to help you feel at home and we have reliable internet service (google fiber) to keep you connected.
Each Bedroom has a desk for those that want to get some work done during their stay.

Parking: The house has a two car driveway with plenty of street parking.
The ground/1st floor includes a spacious master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, a a hallway with half bath, and spacious living area with a convertible couch.

The second floor features 3 bedrooms and 1 full bathrooms along with a separate washer/dryer utility closet - stocked with detergent and dryer sheets.

The patio has a firepit, and comfortable furniture to ensure you enjoy a pleasant austin evening.
Other things to note
We can be flexible with check in and check out times as long as other travelers are not arriving or departing on the same days. We will confirm all requests 24 hours prior.

Perfect Place for Us

This was the perfect place for our extended family to spend a week together visiting the first of the new generation. Though the weather precluded us from enjoying the well-appointed back yard (no days were below 105), there was plenty of space for us to hang out inside together and plenty of private space (4 bedrooms). Great location near to everything but also quiet and peaceful. There were enough dishes, glasses and eating utensils for our whole gang, and the kitchen was very well equipped for cooking. Having a few pantry items already in stock (coffee, butter, oil), was an added bonus. The place was spotless, and there were plenty of big fluffy towels. Dispensers with soap/shampoo/body wash were another added bonus. The decor is fun, the furniture is comfortable and there is a full laundry room. Laila very quickly responded to my few questions. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this location.

Clean house, open living room, good location about 10 min drive from downtown, Rainey and 6th, 20 mins from airport. Limited options in walking. Laila was easy to communicate with, received recommendations in the area and lock code info to get into the house without issue. Good house for a group of guys visiting for bachelor party.

The perfect home away from home - Central East Austin Swanky Retreat

I recently stayed at this beautiful Vrbo in East Austin and was blown away by the level of comfort and style offered at this property. The location was perfect - just a short drive to downtown and all the great restaurants and bars in the area. The home itself was impeccably clean and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The decor was modern and chic, and the outdoor space was a great bonus for relaxing in the evenings. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed for a fantastic stay. I would highly recommend this Vrbo to anyone visiting Austin - it's the perfect home away from home.

Great Austin spot

Our group really enjoyed the property. Very nice backyard area and really no complaints other than the grill having not been cleaned and some issues with the front doors’ locking mechanism. Lots of sleeping arrangements and quiet neighborhood. Comfortable living room!

Great location and Stay!

We loved our stay in Austin for a girls weekend! Laila was great and very communicative throughout the whole process. The house was just a short Uber ride to all the main spots. We didn't find many things in a short walking distance but everything was a quick uber/lyft ride. The only complaints was the twin beds and sheets were very uncomfortable to sleep in and the cooler outside was filled with leftover water and a ton of mosquitos. Other than that, it was a great stay and we would definitely recommend!!

A Great Stay

This was a wonderful experience. The place was clean, well located and everything we needed. My only feedback is that the listing mentions that it is 3 floors, when it is really 2 and instead of 1 queen and 2 rooms with twins, there were 2 queens and 1 room with twins. I would definitely stay here again and have already recommended it to a group that is interested in staying there in July.

Bachelorette in Austin!

We had a great time at Laila’s property! The location was perfect, just a quick cheap uber ride wherever you want to get, and only a 30 minute drive to Driftwood for the wineries. The house was clean and accommodated 9 of us perfectly! It was very easy to reach Laila when we needed her for anything! I definitely recommend this property for a girls trip to Austin!
