Lakeside Waterfront Lake Austin Home

Enjoy the deck over Lake Austin, large lawn, pool, outdoor living and dining areas, and multiple living rooms.

This lake house has over 200 feet of Lake Austin water front and lush landscaping will allow you to instantly relax and enjoy everything Austin has to offer; although, you will not want to leave this home.

Stunning, yet comfortable interior makes you feel right at home. The home’s design truly creates a marriage between the indoor and outdoor living areas. The heart of the home is a grand open space of the living, kitchen and multiple dining areas. The grounds are spectacular with a pool and large lawn.

All guests must be pre-approved to rent this property. A full guest list will be required.

IMPORTANT NOTE: We welcome all, but the property will not be rented to groups and events that may disrupt the serene neighborhood. We deeply value our great neighbors and thus final approval only comes with this agreement.

POOL:
The pool is available for you to use and may be heated. Please note you will be charged $3 per gallon for propane used during your stay.

BOAT RENTAL:
There are several great boat rental companies that run on Lake Austin. They can pick you up from our boat dock! We can help coordinate.

MAID SERVICES:
Our home will be cleaned before your arrival and upon your departure, however if you would like to have cleaning services during your stay this can be pre-arranged for a fee.

CHECK OUT INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Please strip linens from all used beds. Do not make the bed.

2. Bring all sheets, towels, hand towels, rags and wash cloths to laundry room.

3. Load dishwasher with dirty dishes.

4. Pick up all trash inside & outside home and dispose in garbage bin by street.

5. Clean up outdoors, cover grill, turn off string lights.

6. Turn off all lights and lock all doors.

Wonderful weekend!

Friends and family thoroughly enjoyed our stay over Labor Day Weekend. It was a great place to celebrate the weekend and was just an Uber ride away from the opening home game for the Texas Longhorns. The pool and lake provided a much needed reprieve from the heat! Everything was just as described in the photos! You won't be disappointed.

Absolutely gorgeous lakefront home with all the amenities and more--pool, dock, putting green, BBQ, huge lawn and trampoline. Well appointed kitchen and lots of indoor space. Perfect for a family gathering. Will definitely be back!

Austin Explore

We had an absolutely amazing time at this beautiful lake house. The house is the perfect size for 1 to 2 families and the small pool and trampoline in the backyard were so fun for the kiddos! We loved watching boats on the lake, listening to the breeze, and enjoying the sunsets. We even saw a fox run through the yard at night – pretty awesome! Justin could not have been more responsive. He is such a great guy! He and his young daughter even looked for my three year old son’s beloved baby stuffy that we lost after we left. Unfortunately, we didn’t find it, but we plan on returning to the home when we come back to visit Austin. It was perfect- quintessential Austin!

Absolutely fantastic - we could have stay there forever

Stayed at the property with my family, including 2 teenagers. House is impeccably clean, everything you could possibly need in the kitchen, bathrooms, etc. House is beautiful, with an amazing view of the lake. Amazing outdoors, with a deck where you can either do yoga in the sunrise or enjoy a glass of wine at night, both in out of this world peace. Kids loved it too. Very functional, very cozy. Brought the family together, everyone wanted to be together either enjoying a meal with the outstanding view or having coffee in the patio. The owner response to any of our questions was stellar. Whether you are looking for a place to relax or a place to have some fun, either romantic, family or friends, this is the place. I highly recommend it. Thank you to the owners for the great experience!

Labor Day Weekend

The house is perfectly situated on Lake Austin with a convenient dock to access the boat and water. The outdoor pool was smaller than photo captured but worked out fine. It would have been fun to use the huge lawn for family croquet but it had not been cut. The inside space worked out great for our family.

Lovely family weekend!!

We had a great time at the property. The location was fantastic and it was the perfect size for our group. Close enough to downtown while also being on the lake. Justin was very quick to respond and very helpful! We were sad to leave and would definitely book this spot again!

Beautiful Lake House!

Justin's place is a fantastic spot, you can't beat the lake in the backyard and only 15 min to Austin. It's super open, clean and Justin is a very helpful host.

Lake Living

Justin is a fantastic host. Very responsive and attentive to guest's needs. He checked in frequently to make sure we had everything we needed. The lot, location and activities for the kids (putting green, trampoline, small pool, large yard) were all great. Candidly, we expected the house would be nicer and be stocked with a full kitchen-- wine glasses, spices, utensils rather than just the bare minimum for the price we rented the home for, but we made the best of it. Being on the lake with pretty views was what we were after and it delivered.
