Beautiful lakefront villa overlooking Lake Travis and the surrounding hill country. Relax in this resort style gated community and enjoy the two landscaped outdoor pools and hot tubs. We also have a indoor heated pool, hot tub and dry sauna which makes this place a perfect winter get away too. There is a well equipped gym and tennis courts on the property for the guest to use. We are also conveniently located close to the onsite restaurant and spa. The restaurant is open for limited hours over the weekends. We also have washer and dryer for guest to use. The kitchen is well equipped with stainless steel pots and pans, coffee maker, microwave, blender, and toaster. The living room has a sofa bed that opens to be a queen size bed. Bedroom had a queen size bed and gorgeous views of lake and hill country. Enjoy the sun set in the evenings from out balcony while watching boats cruising around, its magical! The limit for number of guests is 4. If you would need more room please see our adjoining property, Villa 2, which is right next door and can sleep an additional 4 people for a total of 8 guests. We consider 1 night rentals over weekday. If you wish to book for a night during weekdays, please ask.

2nd stay getaway

Easy check in process, entire complex was peaceful and quiet. Had a balcony that faced the lake. Condo had internet and everything we needed... would easily stay again

Worst bed ever

I’m very disappointed with our experience, I have used VRBO many times and never had such a bad experience. When you travel away from home you expect to rest and relax, but when the bed is beyond terrible it’s not worth it! It was sagging, soft and the headboard was broken, it banged against the wall every time we moved, my husband tried to sleep on the pull out sofa bed but it was broken and the frame would not bend. The bathroom had a broken toilet paper holder and towel bar, both sitting inside a drawer of the vanity, the other drawer was full of wall tiles and grout powder. The entire unit had dust and grime, something sticky was on the kitchen floor. A wall plug in scent unit was so over powering I had to open the doors to air it out. The facility is tired and needs updating and attention, it was like a maze trying to find the pool, only to find it dirty with missing tiles and cracked grout. I am not sure if the unit we were in was the one I saw on line, it looked completely different.

arrived to find ac not working. got ahold of owner and she was aware it was out but didn’t bother to tell us beforehand. had to find another place to stay and go thru VRBO to get our refund. Property prob was once beautiful but you can tell it is not properly maintained at this point. also all the water around the property is very low due to the drought I guess

Top Floor Terrific

This unit is on the 3rd/top floor so no overhead noise. Quick communication with the owner who included detailed entry, parking and restaurant info.Sleek interior design with comfortable furniture. The bedroom has black-out curtains which actually work if you prefer sleeping with all the lights out. I do!The patio is secluded. There is a fountain below which makes a perfect sound for an afternoon nap on the comfortable patio furniture.Lake Travis is low…yet you can still access the deep channel from the marina. Being across from Pace Bend Park means the landscape is pristine without boat docks and parties.Cons- Inside hot tub empty for repairs. An older building which shows some wear. Restaurant open only on Th PM - Sunday during off season.

Mini getaway

My fiance and I recently booked there for the weekend after all the chaos before Christmas and this was the perfect spot!!! From the moment we arrived we felt so relaxed and at peace and enjoyed some amazing views right from our room! The host was extremely helpful I will definitely book again

Comfortable retreat on Lake Travis

Came to Lago Vista to visit family and found staying at this nearby resort was perfect for me. There were swimming pools, beautiful views and plenty of deer. Very calming.
