ABOUT THE MAIN HOUSE:

The main house is a super cute, sunny, 3 bedroom 1 bath in Austin's South Congress neighborhood. The spacious open floor plan with adjoining living room, dining room/kitchen, set up makes it the perfect place to entertain. The kitchen has new stainless steel appliances with double door fridge, gas stovetop/oven, dishwasher, and all the cooking utensils (plates, silverware, pots, pans, dishes, glassware etc.) you'll need.

The main house is well appointed and has all the things you need for your stay (linens, towels, etc.) The sofa folds out to a queen sized bed and there is also a queen sized "aero bed" if you need additional sleeping quarters.

ABOUT PRIVATE GUEST HOUSE:

The property also has a private guest house equipped with a queen sized bed, SMART TV, Kitchen, private bathroom and large sun deck. The guesthouse is fully equipped with linens, towels, glasswares, dishes, pots, pans.

This is the perfect spot for guests travelling with teenage children or in-laws--you can vacation together and still have some private space!

WiFi INTERNET/WIRELESS SPEAKERS/CABLE!

There is fast WiFi internet for guest use and we also have a 42 inch flat screen SMART TV (you can stream your Netflix, Pandora, etc.) with cable! We also have a wireless speaker (portable!) and Blueray DVD player.

ABOUT THE ROOMS:

There are 4 total bedrooms (including guest house) that sleep a total of 8. Three bedrooms have queen sized beds and the 4th bedroom has a trundle bed with two twin mattresses. In addition the sofa folds out to a bed and there are also two queen sized aero beds for additional sleeping quarters. We had a lot of fun decorating our bedrooms and we hope you enjoy them too! We've got something for the lovers, the cowboys and even rockers!

ABOUT THE NEIGHBORHOOD:

The house is located in Austin's SoCo neighborhood. We are walking distance to Continental Club, Guerro's, Uncommon Objects, and all the fun on South Congress. There is also a H.E.B supermarket super close and tons of great bars, restaurants, cafes, and shopping nearby.

POOL/HOT TUB/PATIO AREA

The backyard has a newly installed pool and hot tub and also has an area to play wiffle ball, throw a frisbee or just chill out. There is also nice outdoor dining table with a.BBQ charcoal grill (check out the pics--I love our longhorn grill!)

FUN STUFF/GAMES:

The house is also equipped with tons of games including: monopoly, connect four, chutes and ladder, candyland, Uno, GoFish, etc.

We also have tons of backyard fun including bocce ball, Wiffle Ball, "Cornhole" ie (bean bag toss) Football, Basketball (no onsite hoop though), Soccer ball.

PARKING/AMENITIES:

There is plenty of onsite driveway parking available (4-5 cars) Plus there is plenty of street parking as well. There is also an onsite washer & dryer.

HOLIDAY/SPECIAL EVENTS:

Rates will vary during holidays/peak times such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, NYE, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, ACL, Formula 1, SXSW etc.

Convenient and clean

This house has a great location! It's right around the corner from a brand new HEB. Ryan was very easy to work with and quick to respond. Loved having the casita out back for parents. It's well stocked...kitchen had just about everything we needed to cook Christmas Eve dinner!

Perfect

This home is the perfect set up for a rental. For us it was a group of 6 ladies celebrating a bachelorette but I could see myself returning with my family as well. The pool was perfect. We used the well stocked kitchen to make coffee and breakfast. About 15 minutes to the airport and walkable or short Uber to South Congress. Great weekend!

Great location

House is located on a quiet street one block off Congress with great access to restaurants, coffee shops, grocery store, etc. Owners were very responsive throughout the rental process. House was comfortable with all the amenities one would expect. Note that the "main" house only has one bathroom. The other bathroom is located in the guest house. Would definitley recommend.

Great location for 1st time visitors to Austin!

We were delighted to stay at this super convenient rancher in the South Congress District! The pool was wonderful during our 80 degree temps. We used their fun barbecue a few times and took advantage of the walkable distance to shops and bars. Over all, a lovely stay!

Great stay!

The property owner and manager saved us after another home rental didn't work out. They were immediately responsive and helped us get in and settled at the last minute on a Friday night. The house is so fun with a great pool, video arcade game and plenty of room for our group. The backyard casita was excellent.

Great house with pool near South Congress

We just spent a few days over July 4th at this great little house near south Congress. The main house has 3 bedrooms and the backyard guest house has another bed/bath, so I can see why this home would be great for groups. Our dog loved the large, fenced backyard, and we enjoyed hosting friends in the pool and grilling burgers on the charcoal grill. The pool and the house were stocked with everything we needed, and the decor pays homage to the Austin music scene. We also had a ton of fun playing Galaga on the arcade cabinet. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful from check-in to check out, and even came by to check on the pool as we arrived to show us how to work the grill and the different remotes/lights for the house. We would definitely stay again!

Great property and hosts!

This property is perfect if you are looking for a fun trip to Austin close to all the downtown fun! The property is a few minute drive from the heart of downtown. The home, pool and spa, and guest property made the perfect location for our wedding weekend. Hosts were very accommodating and easy to communicate with!

Awesome

Totally enamored with this space! The home is beautiful and I’m slightly obsessed with the decor. The outdoor space is its own little paradise and the casita is a wonderful bonus. Tucked into a sweet, sleepy neighborhood, we were close to great restaurants and had easy access to all Austin has to offer. Already looking forward to another trip to Austin so we can stay here! Our hosts were very accessible and thoughtful.

Amazing SOCO Location

We had an amazing stay in Austin! The property is actually perfect for families! The Grandparents and kids stayed in the main house and we stayed in the guest house and it was like a mini-vacation inside our vacation!! The house is well stocked and nicely decorated. Pool was clean and Brian was awesome responding to a few questions we had. Overall the location, space and property was truly a great getaway! We will be back!!

Perfect comfortable house right off SoCo!

Best Stay in Austin

This VRBO is the best I have stayed at! The house was spotless. The pool was perfect. The hosts were responsive and went above and beyond when we had a question. The guesthouse was the icing on the cake! It was SO nice to have a separate area to hang out in. Everyone in the group was raving about the linens and the comfort of the beds. The kitchen was fully stocked with every tool and appliance you may need. And the location was PERFECT. Walking distance to S Congress. I was able to wake up early and explore a bit before the crowds and the mid day heat. And it was close enough to all the hot spots that we didn't have to spend an arm and a leg on transportation. I will definitely be staying here again for my next trip to Austin!

Great weekend stay!

Loved staying at this property with my friends. The pool, hot tub, and outdoor space were perfect. Even had a pump for blowing up pool floats! Easy walkability to south Congress section of town and the host provided some great recommendations. Would recommend!!

Great for a visit to Austin or a staycation!

I am from Austin and had friends visiting for a bachelorette weekend. We could not recommend this place more! It was a great location, the pool was beautiful and the space was perfect for a large group. Brian was very easy to communicate with and was a great host. Best House I have stayed in!!

My daughter just graduated UT Austin, so I have been traveling to Austin for the past 4 years. This house has been the best I have stayed in. It was perfect for us. We used the pool and hot tub almost everyday which was fabulous. The location was perfect we walked up and down South Congress and it is around the corner from the supermarket. The rooms are nice and the kitchen is terrific. The owners are wonderful and responsive. If I get the opportunity I would stay again. If this house is available book it!

Perfect place to host our girls trip

We were a group of 9 and we all absolutely ADORED this property. The beds were all delightful, the house was decorated so cute and it was super clean. We also absolutely loved the pool. The pictures do not do it justice. It took us a little to figure out the hot tub but after reading more reviews and re reading the manual, we figured it out quickly. The location is awesome as well, just a quick 7 minute Uber to South Congress and walking distance to a Torchys! Brian was very communicative and including awesome suggestions for us while we were in town. We definitely would recommend this to anyone traveling in a group or just a family get away. :)
