Get ready for a unique experience in your own 1955 Spartan trailer in Austin's exploding Eastside. This one of a kind sanctuary sleeps up to 4 and is the perfect combination of vintage and modern with many comforts in a very central location.

The exterior of this 33 foot Spartan Royal Manor has been refurbished with polished aluminum and complete with working running lights, original windows, but with a few updates including dimmable patio lights and a distinctive front door fabricated from glass and steel. The inside has been rebuilt into a modern guest home with many amenities and a contemporary design. It is perfect for a single or couple and can accommodate 2 additional guests if needed.

Sleeping arrangements include a private bedroom with a full size bed along with a full size futon in the living area, both with fluffy pillows and down comforters. The kitchen has a large stainless steel vessel sink, 2 burner cooktop, small microwave oven, refridgerator/freezer and exposed shelves with all the cookware, dishes and utensils you will need. The bathroom is small but efficient with a built in shower, pivot glass door and tiled from floor to ceiling. Complete with high speed WifI access and a fully adjustable flatscreen LED television with a ridiculous amount of stations, including many movie channels.

Finished out with solid bamboo floors, stained oak walls, a sleek aluminum ceiling, and dimmable recessed and pendant lighting, this unique space is comfortable, practical and pretty.

Outside your front door is a well lit wooden deck with outdoor seating and your own private, fenced in yard. A dedicated parking spot is right outside the gate. The entire space is private, safe and secure.
