» No AC in unit until further notice.

» Gold's Gym is a 2 minute walk from the building. They are open Monday~Friday 5AM-11PM and Saturday~Sunday 7AM-7PM.

» This apartment is locate on the second floor, so you will have to walk up stairs to reach the unit (10 steps).

» We are pet-friendly but do require a pet fee. Please refer to our house rules.

» This building has weekly pest control.

» We make sure to provide basic amenities you need as you book our place (e.g. hand soap, toilet paper) but further supplies especially for long-stay bookings may need to be purchased on your own.
