This contemporary 3 bedroom / 2.5 bathroom Austin retreat is just 3 miles from Downtown Austin and within walking distance to numerous local restaurants! 1st street offers numerous local eateries from Tex-Mex cuisine to charming cafes. Don't forget to try the famous Texas BBQ while you're here!

The Space:
Take a short drive or Uber ride to Downtown Austin and explore the historic culture of Texas.

The colorful living room welcomes you with a sectional sofa around a flat screen TV. Steps away, you'll find a well equipped kitchen with a drip coffee maker, toaster, blender, microwave, and much more. Enjoy homemade dinners around the dining table for 4 and additional seating can be found by the breakfast bar for 4.

The enclosed backyard is perfect to run around in! A gas BBQ grill is available for you to grill up burgers in the warmer days.

The main bedroom is furnished with a King bed, TV, and has its own en suite bathroom. The en suite bathroom has dual sinks and a standing shower. The other 2 bedrooms both hold Queen beds. There is a full bathroom available for guests to share.

Stay cool with central AC and a washer/dryer are available for your stay! 2 driveway parking spots and street parking is available.

THINGS TO NOTE:

- There is a Ring doorbell attached to the front door of unit - the cameras audio/video records for security purposes.

Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee.

Other Things to Note:
This home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival.

Convenient, Quiet Location

Overall the house and property are great. Clean and comfortable…Comfy beds especially nice. Amenities are fine. Only 2 things keeping me from rating it perfect: quality/lack of enough dining chairs and a funky kitchen faucet that splatters water all over. But that’s not going to keep me from recommending the house to others!

Great location in a quiet neighborhood

Overall a good experience, but key code didn’t work and it took about 15 minutes to get someone on the phone who could re-set the code. Spout on kitchen sink is missing so water sprays everywhere unless you remember to turn it on very slowly. One of the 4 dining chairs was missing and 2 of the other 3 chairs are wobbly and crooked and getting ready to fall apart. Beds, bedding and showers were great! Love the concrete floors, nice closet space. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, neighbors were friendly. Overall a good experience.

Great location

This property fit our two families well for a long weekend in Austin. The bedrooms were great with comfortable beds and clean accommodations. The pull out couch in the living room worked well for our son. We had plenty of space to hang out and the living area was very Deaf friendly for our group. There were a few issues with the property such as a broken garage door, a missing faucet head on the kitchen sink, and a broken chair at the dining table. None of these issues negatively impacted our stay but we were surprised by them at a fairly new property. Management responded to our issues via text but the problems were not addressed during our stay. Overall I would stay here again.

Great option for Grand Prix Weekend.

Very clean and comfortable. Close to downtown, the airport and fairly close to COTA. Exceeded our expectations. Had slight issue with key acces code but host contact fixed it pretty quickly.

Beautiful Home - We had a Great Time

We were here for a bachelor party. The home was close to all the places we wanted to go. Walking distance from Phoebes (you have try!) Overall good experience.

Would Recommend

Overall our stay at the property was fantastic! Within 15 minutes or less to everything we wanted to do. My only complaint was the check in process. I messaged the company about 1 week prior about early check in and was told to contact them again day of. I contacted them day of around 10 AM requesting early check in at 2PM. I spoke to a representative and messaged via VRBO and was told they would contact the local team and contact me soon. I was contacted around 7 PM that night that I had been approved for early check in…3 hours past the normal check in time so other than that, great stay!

Place was as described, but could use more property oversight

House was a good layout in a good location. For the most part everything was good, but we arrived to a garage full of garbage from previous renters. Shower curtain was so moldy we had to replace it. Property boasts covid friendly, but did not have handsoap for each bathroom, which we ended up buying as well. All reported to property management/owners, but with no response. Also, no kitchen towels or bathmats and not enough towels. Could all be easily fixed if it was checked regularly.

We liked the house, it was cute, we felt safe, and provided everything we needed. The maids/cleanup crew missed a couple of things, but that didn’t really impact our overall experience. Overall good stay.

Nice, new property in a trendy Austin neighborhood, just as advertised. Overall a great home base for a visit to Austin and region. A few minor maintenance and cleaning issues prevent a five star rating. Management was generally responsive. Just expected a bit more for a property priced at this level.
