Welcome to eclectic South Austin!
Our clean, spacious, freshly remodeled and centrally located house is the perfect spot for a family or group looking to experience all Austin has to offer. With an 1100 sq ft courtyard off the kitchen which will have a pool by July '25.
Our house is designed for relaxation and entertainment. Bike to the springs!
Coming for ACL, F1 or SXSW you've come to the perfect neighborhood - central access with the authentic Austin feel! Our house is a spacious, clean, convenient 4 bedroom/3 bath in Barton Hills neighborhood with over 3500 sq ft. We are within biking distance to Zilker park, Barton Springs pool, numerous local eateries, bars and coffee shops with convenient access to miles of greenbelt hiking and biking trails. We prefer to accommodate no more than 6 responsible, respectful adults however up to 8 can be negotiated. Master has king bed, 1st guest bedroom has queen bedroom, 2nd has a full extra long and 3rd has a queen bed. There is also a semi-private loft area in the back to put an air mattress or floor mattress (we have both available). The back space has a sauna upstairs, work space as well as a gym with free weights and bench with squat rack, spin bike, yoga mat and other gym tools such as bands and rollers.
Enjoy our large courtyard with relaxing pool, we have plenty of space and seating to enjoy the Austin weather. Kitchen, front living, dining and laundry room was all remodeled in 2019. Stainless-steel kitchen appliances, high efficiency washer/dryer, highest speed WIFI plus extenders throughout the house, 3 x 42' flat-screen tvs, speaker station. No smoking, no pets.

Outstanding Stay

House was exactly as advertised. Communication with the host was great and extremely helpful. Home was situated in very good area of Austin. We were ideally located for our weekend as we went to both Cota raceway and the University of Texas football game. Beautiful weather and everyone we met were extremely welcoming. I would both recommend this home to others and stay here again. Thanks Lis

Beautiful Barton Hills Oasis Perfect for Families

I rented this home for our family of 5. We had an amazing stay thanks to Lis and family. Lis was wonderful to communicate with and very helpful with all our questions. She went above and beyond with a Christmas tree (over the holidays), installed a baby gate and step stool for our kids (ages 2 and 5). The house was very clean and nicely appointed. Kitchen is well stocked and open to the family room. All the furniture was comfortable. Three bedrooms are down at one end and the master bedroom is down at the other. All the beds were comfortable. The home is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood just a few blocks from an elementary school and the Greenbelt. We loved how close it was to the many restaurants on S Lamar and Downtown. Our kids loved playing in their courtyard, located right outside the family room. It has an outdoor tv, swing, and grill. It exceeded our expectations ten fold and we can’t wait to return to this beautiful Barton Hills Oasis.

Great setup in Austin

We rented this house with friends for ACL and it was perfect for us. We were greeted with chips and salsa, coffee, and some other goodies in the house. Lots of indoor & outdoor space with comfortable seating areas for recapping the favorite shows from the previous night. Its a pretty long walk from ACL but doable if needed.

This home was absolutely beautiful and comfortable in every way. It was very convenient for ACL!

My family of six had a wonderful stay in this immaculate four bedroom home. The house is very spacious with comfortable beds a great kitchen and a unique courtyard for entertaining. The location to Zilker Park can't be beat. We enjoyed delicious chips and salsa upon our arrival and fresh ground coffee, all provided by the very thoughtful owner. I would highly recommend this home. We hope to stay here again and thank this precious family for sharing their fabulous home!
