This comfortable home is located in a North Austin quiet neighborhood 6 minutes from The Domain, Walnut Creek Park and 15 minutes from downtown. Under 5 minutes to Q2 Stadium. Perfect for ACL, SXSW. The airport is a quick 16 miles to COTA. Huge living room with desk nook opens to dining area with a fully stocked kitchen and coffee bar. Master bedroom has private bathroom. Two other bedrooms share hall bathroom. Outdoor seating and grill on back patio. Free street parking or garage available.

The City Haus is perfectly set up for travelers working or visiting Austin and its surrounding areas. Firm, gel memory beds, fully equipped kitchen, large dining table, plush oversized sofa, phone chargers and Smart TVs in every bedroom, Bluetooth stereo and 70" Smart TV in the living room create a home-away-from-home feel. A highchair, pack n play and stroller are for your use. A full-size crib is available upon request.

A vehicle is recommended to get around. Ride share options such as Uber, Lyft and Ride Austin are available.

Garage parking for two regular size vehicles is available. Free street parking.

Dana was very welcoming and accommodating to us and our needs.. She was such a lovely host and very communicative. Also, there were many small appliances in the kitchen that made it a great place to cook and host family while we were visiting Austin. And the location was close enough to places we enjoy without having to drive too far.

Loved the experience.

The location was great. We did most of our things in the domain which is very close to this home. The house was nicely decorated with modern decor and was very clean. There were plenty of supplies for cooking, towels, blankets, and anything you would need for an extended stay. The host was very nice & accommodated my need for early check in which was a special/unusual circumstance or I wouldn’t have even asked. I would stay here again for sure. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and close to plenty of grocers, restaurants, and city life.

Clean and Cute House for 6

Dana’s house was clean, well stocked, and perfect for a group of 6 friends for a stay in Austin. There were a lot of options for food and shopping by the house as well. Dana was very communicative throughout our stay and was quick to answer any questions we had. Everything in the house worked as expected and it was apparent she takes pride in her home. The beds were comfortable and each room had its own TV. I would definitely stay here again.
