The outdoor space is beautifully curated and perfect for entertaining, featuring a sun-kissed, heatable plunge pool and ample seating for everyone. The primary and detached guest houses offer stunning views of Austin's growing skyline and can comfortably accommodate up to 14 guests with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Located in the heart of East Austin, you can easily wander into any of the city's highly acclaimed restaurants and legendary nightlife districts, including Rainey St, 6th St, and Downtown, all blocks away in any direction. We invite you to share in good company and stay awhile with Renters Club.

    Things to Know
    Please pay close attention to the following: Non-compliance could result in sizable fines.
    -A 3-night minimum stay may be required.
    -The maximum occupancy is 14 guests.
    -Rental Agreement must be e-signed after booking, which requests the names and ages of adult guests.
    -Bachelor/Bachelorette groups must all be over 30 years old.
    -Age restrictions apply. Please inquire for more information.
    -Additional deposits may be required.
    -No pets allowed. If you are traveling with a pet, reach out as we can help you find a pet-friendly place.
    -Pool Heating Note: There is a $100 fee + $100 per day charge to heat the pool (October - April only) up to 85 degrees and must be heated for duration of your stay. If the average temp during your stay is below 55 degrees, then we are not able to heat the pool. You must let us know a 48 hours in advance of check in day if you wish to have the pool heated upon your arrival**
    -To keep our home beautiful, we ask that you not hang decorations on the walls. Tape, tacks, and other adhesives tend to peel paint and leave marks, etc. Glitter and confetti decor are also prohibited both inside and outside. Evidence will result in an additional cleaning fee of $250, plus the cost of damages to home.
    -Enjoy a smoke, just not inside. Please ensure all doors and windows are shut and dispose of your ends in the outdoor trash bins. Indoor smoking will result in a sizable fine.
    -Reservations made during Festivals and Conferences are non-refundable, i.e., SXSW, ACL, F-1, etc.

Fantastic location in Austin that is a short walk from restaurants/bars/shops. The house is very well kept and clean, and it was a perfect fit for 7 people. The back yard is quiet and a nice place to relax and enjoy the sunshine. We would definitely stay here again.

Location and yard were awesome! We loved being able to walk places. Rooms were nice and cozy. I will say the living room could use more seating. We originally had some issues w the pool not being heated but the company promptly sent someone to fix it. Overall would recommend!

Had an amazing time staying here, it was the perfect setup with the house and guest house to accommodate all of our family. The house is beautiful, the pool was great and we loved the local coffee shops, walked to target and Whole Foods often! We would stay here again!

Trip to Austin

This property was perfect for our trip. The outdoor area was nice and the living room was cozy. The house is also in a great location that is walking distance from 6th street. We enjoyed being able to wake up in the morning and grab coffee and breakfast tacos a block away.

Great home for large group

We stayed here for a girls trip and had a fantastic time. Renters club is very responsive and check in/check out was very easy. Home is walking distance to 6th street bars and a short drive to downtown. House was clean and had plenty of space for our group of 9.

Bachelor Trip to Austin

We had a group of 11 stay here for a bachelor trip. The house was exactly as advertised. It is in a great location, walking distance to everything the city has to offer. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Austin!

Perfect Location; Gorgeous Space

We had the best girls trip to Austin at this house! Perfect location, great yard, phenomenal bedrooms and bathrooms, and just enough decor to make it feel cozy without being tacky. I loved this home.

Great property. Master bathroom drains were slow. Kitchen very well equipped but could use a non stick frying pan. I would recommend this house and I would rent it again

Austin weekend

Highly recommend this spot and Renter’s Club. The location is killer and the house is super well appointed. We had an issue with the AC in the back house and they fixed it immediately. Really appreciated the level of service from management.

Great stay for downtown Austin

We had a group of 6 stay to enjoy downtown Austin and attend events at the convention center. The house is easily located and spacious for our group. They were very responsive when we had questions or an issue and resolved it easily.
