Welcome to the Elite Estate by ABOVE Vacation Residences. This gorgeous Lake Austin home is where your family will enjoy the pool/spa with lakefront views, a lake “beach,” sand volleyball court, sport court with basketball and pickleball, outdoor grill with dining area, and outdoor living with fireplace and TV. Inside- a Home Theater and Game Room stocked with pool table, shuffleboard, air hockey, foosball, arcade games and more! Just 15 miles from the heart of downtown. With high-speed wifi, this home is perfect for remote school/work. This property is regularly set for 16 guests, but, with homeowner approval, can host as many as 17 guests with luxury Frontgate beds which would also be set with ABOVE standard luxury linens. Additional fees may apply. All guests must be pre-approved to rent this estate. A full guest list will be required. Boat slip and/or boat tie-up may be available by approval and with a fee. Two garage spots available upon request with TESLA charger.

Please note that some spaces will be locked and owner belongings may be present.

Cleaning Standards: We follow strict CDC/VRMA disinfecting protocols, focusing on high-touch areas.

Disclaimer: Room configurations, decor, and contents may have changed since photos were taken. Hot tub heating is complimentary and managed by request with your house manager. Not all pools can be heated. Pool heating is available by request and approval, with a fee of $500 for 3 days, subject to seasonal availability.

Booking Info: All bookings must be pre-approved. “Click to book” is a request, not a confirmation, ensuring alignment with Homeowner and Guest expectations.

Pets: Pets are considered at this property pending Owner approval prior to arrival. There is a pet fee of $500 to cover extra cleaning. Any damages due to a Guest pet will be charged against Guest deposit.

No events or outside vendors are permitted that will exceed the capacity of the house without written pre-approval from ABOVE Vacation Residences.

Important: We do not rent to groups or events that may disrupt the neighborhood. Final approval follows a conversation ensuring respect for neighbors and house rules. NO DISRUPTIVE GUESTS.

Lake Austin Friends and Family weekend

Great location for a lake weekend getaway. Concierge was great coordinating food and massages. Plenty of options for boats to pick you up off your dock for sightseeing, wake boarding etc.

We had a phenomenal time at the property. The home was everything advertised and more. The property managers personally managed our stay and made sure that we wanted for nothing. I can’t say enough good things about the trip!!!1

Perfect set up for large group!

My family had the best long weekend! We had 8 adults and 7 kids (7 months - 14 years old) and everyone had the best time! Beautiful pool, basketball court, lots of pool toys, lily pad for the lake - truly something for everyone!

Reviewer Comments: It was nice to be able to go from the pool to the the Ice cold river and watch all the boats fly by surfing, wakeboarding, skiiing, etc. We do wish the wifi was a little better.

Great Austin Property!

What a great experience! House feels very homey, like you're staying at your favorite rich Aunt's house! Hah! Had a great time. Patrick, the house manager, was very accommodating in assisting with anything we needed during our stay. Hot tub gets very hot, so just keep an eye on that! Can't wait for our next family reunion here next year! :)

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this home to celebrate my daughter and her best friend’s 30th birthdays, and it was absolutely perfect! The house is spacious, beautifully decorated, and filled with everything an active family or group could want. From paddle boards and pickleball to ping pong, air hockey, and more, there was no shortage of ways to stay entertained.The location is unbeatable—right on the water with gorgeous views all day long. Whether we were enjoying morning coffee by the water, walking through the neighborhood, or watching the Ryder Cup from the pool, the setting was simply incredible.Our group of 13 had more than enough room to spread out. Each bedroom had its own vanity, which made it easy to have a little privacy, and the beds were very comfortable. Even with such a large group, we never once felt crowded.This home is truly Elite. Fun was had by all, and it made for a celebration we’ll never forget. Highly recommend for groups looking for space, comfort, and endless activities in a stunning waterfront setting!

Family gathering

Excellent accommodations and amenities. The material negatives were 1) the large number of rules and penalties fees felt a bit worrisome. 2) the fact that the owner left a car in the garage and thus required the garage to be off limits making it inconvenient to unpack and repack carrying luggage and groceries the long way out the front door to the cars. 3) considering the hefty rental price, felt a bit nickeled and dimed by the fees for heating the pool. 4) No life jackets and paddles for the kayaks when we arrived and did not receive them until afternoon of next day.

Beautiful home

Pros: the home is beautiful and has room for all your needs. The pool and sports court were great for the kids. Luke the manager was very responsive and did a great job trying to resolve issues we had during our trip. Cons: there are a lot of rules, additional fees that for me someone who has used VRBO for many years were beyond unnecessary to try and charge when you are paying the price that they charged. Unfortunately during our stay the yard people were cutting for over an hour one morning keeping everyone out of the backyard. Then immediately after the pool people came and did the cleaning but then had to add chemicals causing us a delay in using the pool for one of our days there. The rooms were not cooling at night so we had to get an AC guy out there.

Beautiful Home - Management lacks attention to detail when booki

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time at Above Austin Elite celebrating several 50th birthdays. The home is beautiful and spacious, and exactly what we wanted. Our only issue was in using Above to book additional services (chef dinner, boat rental, margarita bar). The quotes were inconsistent, erroneous, or not complete so much so that we had to spend a good amount of time resolving confusion. The person who booked our services made multiple errors in quotes to us, and was not organized in how information was shared. While we appreciated the value add in someone else making the bookings, we were left to wonder how much they are overcharging us in doing such work. More transparency needed in supplemental services that are booked.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Every morning the views from the river the backyard leads to was very picturesque. We spent most of our time back there and I absolutely loved the amount of space there was to spread out. Inside the house, there were enough rooms for all my guests and spaces for us to come together that never felt cramp. The home theater was also a favorite place to be. The house manager stopping by to check-in on us was nice and he was very friendly. He was in and out before you even noticed he was there.The only reason that I could not give this property a perfect 5 star rating is because the car limit was very inconvenient. We were told that we could park at the lot at the hiking trail nearby, but that walk back was about 15-20 minutes. We were back and forth between the house and other locations, so after the first few trips, it got pretty frustrating having to figure out whose car got to stay parked in the driveway and who had to move their car. Overall, we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We recently had the opportunity to stay in this gorgeous home. The house is even better than the pictures. The house is situated in an upscale neighborhood with a beautiful view of Lake Austin. You are assigned a house manager who meets you at your arrival and makes sure your stay goes smoothly. They are available 24/7 with anything you need. The house is very spacious with everything you could want. The bedrooms are spacious and the bedding and linens are luxurious and very comfortable. The kitchen has two islands and is big enough for a large family. The game room has anything you could want! They also have a game closet with board games and toys for kids. The backyard is huge....you can’t tell that from the pictures. There is plenty of fun for the whole family outside. From the sand volleyball to the sports court, there is something for everyone to do. They have pool toys and every ball you could want for the sports court. There are kayaks and paddle boards, including life jackets also. The house was very clean upon arrival and the decor is beautiful. We rented a boat one day that picked us up right at the boat dock in the backyard. The sandy beach was a big hit with the kids. I can’t say enough good things about this beautiful home. We will be back❤️
