    It comfortably sleeps 10 with 2 king beds, 1 queen, and 2 full bunk sets—ideal for travel nurses, corporate housing, or families relocating to Austin. Enjoy a large fenced yard, outdoor lounge, and firepit, perfect for relaxing after work or weekend adventures.

    Guest access:
    This fully furnished Zilker home offers the entire property for guest use, including the front and back yards, outdoor lounge with firepit, and all indoor living areas. Tenants will have full access to the home’s amenities—turntable room, fireplace, 70” TV, kitchen, and laundry.

    The only area not accessible is the one locked supply closet, which is reserved for owner storage.

Great set up for a large group. Plenty of space for our group of 8. It is within easy walking distance of Barton Springs which was an extra bonus. The host was easy to reach, but we didn't have any issues other than trying to figure out how to get into the house on the first day. Highly recommend to others.

Great Location for those who prefer to not stay in a highrise in downtown Austin. Private parking made it very easy to discover Austin and all it has to offer by not having to wait for valet. You can also get anywhere by uber in downtown Austin from this location unter 10 minutes and under 20.00. The house is spacious and you are not all on top of each other like in a codo. Great backyard to enjoy your morning coffee. Quiet tree lined neighborhood. Powerful and hot water for showers and bedding is very comfortable. I would stay here again and highly recommend it.

Cowboy Retreat is a great mid-century modern house in a great location. We loved our daily walks with our dog through the neighborhood and winding up at Barton Springs Park. It was so easy to get everywhere including great restaurants, entertainment, and shopping. The hosts, Ryan and Brandon, were very responsive and the home was very comfortable. We loved the fireplace during some chilly weather Austin experienced during our stay. The huge fenced yard was fabulous for our dog. We felt very at home at the Cowboy Retreat during our five week stay in Austin!

This was hands down the best rental experience I've ever had! Ryan and Brandon went above and beyond to make sure our family was comfortable and at home during a very stressful time dealing with our home being flooded and being displaced over the holiday season. The response time was almost immediate and not one request went unmet. I was touched by the care and concern shown for us and feel so blessed to have had Christmas at Cliffside! It was just magical to experience the beautiful lights from the top of the hill over Zilker park and the star filled skies at night. This charming neighborhood is very quiet despite the proximity to the city. I truly felt like we stepped back in time living in this thoughtfully updated mid-century gem....you will feel the happiness this home has held within its walls while enjoying all the modern conveniences during your stay. Don't miss your opportunity for the Cliffside experience.... it's one you won't forget! We will treasure the memories made during our stay, thanks so much guys!
