No more than 8 people allowed in apartment, No more than 2 pets allowed (see pet rules before booking) in this apartment. NO SMOKING, NO VAPING, NO PARTIES AND NO GATHERINGS.

We do ask you to respect the items in the unit, we've put many amentities in this apartment to make our guest feel comfortable and want everyone to enjoy them guest after guest.

There's laundry room in the building downstairs coin operated and the key to the laundryroom is by the desk light.

Detailed description:
Check in is simple with the smart lock. It will be programmed to your 4 digit code 1 hr before check in (check in is 4pm CT). To lock the door from outside it's 1 touch locking by pressing on the brand name on the top of keypad.

Unit has window AC in livingroom and both bedrooms. Thermostats on the wall are only for heat.

Kitchen - Fully stocked with basic cooking and baking needs. Dishes, Bowls, Coffee cups and glasses all for set of 8. Silverware set of 8.

Diningroom - Seating for 6. No eating in bedrooms or livingroom.

Bathroom - Towel set for 6. Hair dryer and first aid kit under the sink. Handsoap and bathtub plug to take bathes.

Bedroom #1 - Queen bed, 2 night stands with lamps that have outlets to plug in your electronics. 43 inch Smart Roku TV (you can log into YOUR accounts for your convenience). Closet has pack and play and some hangers. No food or drinks allowed in bedrooms.

Bedroom #2 - 2 Twin beds 1 night stand with a lamp that has outlets to plug in your electronics. No food or drink allowed in bedrooms.

Hallway Closet - Has some extra hangers, Extra blanket for the sofa bed and air mattress, Queen size air mattress, iron and ironing board, child seat to attach to kitchen table chair.

**Dogs ARE allowed but you have to include that in your reservation, if you do not reserve it with a dog there's a 250.00 fine if you have one. Cost per dog is $50.00 per stay(not per night). Dog MUST be house broken and MUST be crated when left alone in the apartment. Max 1 dog allowed. Also they are NOT allowed on furniture. There's a dog bowl under the kitchen sink cabinet.
**Cats are allow only if declawed (sorry we do not want our furniture scratched up for the next guest)

Maximum number of guest is 6, if you have additional guest that are unannounced please log in and change reservation. All guest have to be on reservation and have valid ID.

Pet rules:
Dogs must be housebroken (not pee pee pads)
2 dogs max under 50lbs each
Pets must stay off furniture and beds
Pets must be crated when left alone in our home
Cost is 50.00 per pet ( you will be sent a request for dog fee)
No pet bathes in our place
Cats: Sorry owner has allergies so cats not are allowed!!! Any other pets types must be approved before check in.
