The Lookout – Coastal Studio for Two

Summary:

Tucked between Sandy Bay and Enclosure Bay, The Lookout is a private, newly built studio made for an easy Waiheke escape for two.



Both beaches are around a five-minute walk away, putting two of the island’s most loved swimming spots almost on your doorstep. Bright, peaceful and completely self-contained, the studio enjoys lovely sea and valley views and is a great base for a relaxed couples getaway.



The Space:

Fresh, light and simply designed, the open-plan studio includes a king-size bed, comfortable lounge area, Smart TV, free Wi-Fi and a dining table positioned to enjoy the outlook.



The compact kitchenette has a small fridge, kettle, toaster, sink and basic dining essentials, ideal for breakfasts, drinks and simple meals between days spent exploring the island.



The modern bathroom includes a generous rain shower and heated towel rail, while air conditioning and heating keep the studio comfortable throughout the year.



One private parking space is located directly outside, and a nearby bus route makes it easy to explore more of Waiheke without a car.



Best of all is the location. Sandy Bay and Enclosure Bay are both around five minutes away on foot, giving you easy access to beautiful swimming, coastal walks and long summer days by the water.



One child can also be accommodated by prior arrangement.



Guest Access:

The owners live in the residence below the studio in a separate dwelling, however guests have complete privacy with a separate entrance and dedicated parking space directly outside.



Other Things to Note:

We always try to accommodate early check-ins and will send you a message on the day as soon as the property is ready. We provide all linen and bath towels. If you require beach towels, please bring your own, or we can arrange hire with advance notice. Baby items including portacots are available to hire too.
