    It has a large fully fully-fenced deck
    No parties or group gatherings

    Smoking is allowed outside only, please don't throw butts on the ground.
    Remove shoes before going inside as we have chickens that are free-range and you may stand in a poop
    Check-in after 2 pm and before 8 pm or after 8 pm by prior arrangement. Check out at 10 am unless by prior arrangement

Great private accomodation

We had a lovely stay, our flights were delayed so we checked in late and the host Donna was so wonderful and kind, she had turned the heaters on to warm the house up prior to our arrival. Beautiful private location. We will stay again.

Tranquil haven!

We had a brilliant time at Palm Haven. Situated in a rural spot away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The cottage was spotless, warm and very cosy, and had anything and everything you could ask for in a home away from home. Donna was excellent with communication and directions on how to get to the cottage and was very accommodating. We feel Donna went above and beyond for us in what was a very difficult time for her.Thank you Donna. We will definitely be back!

Great place just out of town but still close to travel to other parts of Auckland. Lovely hosts. Thanks Donna for taking my boys to feed the chickens. They loved it!

Heavenly haven

This is a unique peaceful, quiet,and spiritual haven. Stress relief guaranteed. We all loved the homeliness and proximity to everywhère western,only 5 minutes to shops, if needed. We cant wait to go again. The hosts were kind and made us feel really welcome, cant wait to go again.

Wir haben uns in dem sehr schönen, ruhigen und abgeschlossenen Haus sehr wohl gefühlt, und würden sofort wieder kommen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr hilfsbereit und fürsorglich gewesen. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist wunderschön in einem herrlichen Garten.

Perfect in every way

We were staying over two nights to attend a family in Piha, and travelling with my 81 year old Mum, who has mobility issues. This was the perfect home for her and the extended family was able to pop in before the ceremony to say hello. Plenty of lovely deck space to spread out on without getting under each other's feet.

Our visit could not have been nicer. The spotless cottage is beautifully designed for air flow and sound sleep, the porch perfect for sitting. We were gifted eggs and veggies by the loveliest proprietors. Eight acres of land surrounds you for walking.

2 day stay while traveling.

Me and my partner are traveling the area and chose this property for a two night stay. Even though we were late arriving, the host met us and showed us around. Everything that was needed was available. The was tea and coffee and many pantry items. Everything was nice and clean. The bedding was good and the garden was beautiful. It worked very well for a two day stop on a driving trip.
