This is, without a doubt, the most secluded and serene place I’ve ever lived in Auckland city. Nestled at the end of a 40-meter driveway, the house is perfectly positioned at the heart of a sprawling 1200-square-meter property, ensuring complete privacy away from any neighbors.

★Large front yard can accommodate big vehicles onsite. the driveway is just over 3 meters wide.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire 4 bedroom house, including 3 bedroom house upstairs and 1 private studio downstairs.
Other things to note
IMPORTANT:

🍀Please SLOW DOWN as you are entering or exiting the driveway. There is a small dip where the driveway is connecting with the main road. We were unable to fix this without involving traffic control.

🍀Although the driveway is private, there is no fence between my property and the neighbour for the beginning stretch of the driveway. We ask our guests to respect the neighbour's property and only drive on the left hand side.
