The space
Experience the best of Auckland's vibrant Grey Lynn/Ponsonby neighbourhood. Our newly renovated villa offers a unique blend of historic charm and modern comfort, ensuring a memorable stay.

Ideal for travellers seeking comfort, convenience, and a sought-after neighbourhood in Auckland, our villa caters to business professionals looking for an alternative to hotels, groups attending concerts near Eden Park, or small families wanting a safe and convenient stay.

The villa features a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, and dishwasher, toaster, kettle as well as all the utensils needed to cook your own meals. The living area offers plenty of lounge space, a smart TV. The bathroom includes a washer/dryer, complimentary for your convenience.

Each bedroom is large and thoughtfully decorated, with two rooms featuring a room with queen-size bed one room with a double-size bed. Our double bedroom has plenty of storage for clothing, a place to hang a few items. Our queen-size room has a small cabinet to store more items during your stay.

Parking: The unit next door is tenanted, and the driveway is reserved for the tenants at the back of the unit. Parking is on the street directly in front of the unit.

Key Pickup: Keys will be located in a lockbox on the property. Detailed instructions will be sent on the morning of your check-in date.

Personal Check-ins: We can often arrange for someone to meet you at the property if you prefer. Please inquire before booking to check availability - we require at least three days' notice to guarantee someone can meet you.

Check-in Time: Check-in is after 3pm. For early check-in, please confirm availability with us first and we can often accomodate - even if it's simply to drop off bags.

Check-out Time: Checkout is at 10am. Late checkouts to be arranged with property manager and can accomodate if it is possible.

Luggage Storage: If you require luggage storage post checkout (for those wit later flights), please discuss this with the property manager to see if we can accomodate. We can often help as we live nearby.

Amenities: We provide all amenities to last during your stay, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, tea, coffee, toilet paper, laundry powder, dishwashing pods, dishwashing liquid, cleaning spray, and wipes. Please do not take the large refillable bottles provided, as we will need to charge for replacements of these. Contact the property manager if we need to pop by during your stay to replace any of these items.

Linens: A full set of linens for each bed and towels are provided.
