"Some cute aspects but very old building that looks a little tired. Stairs are as described, bathroom requires that you go in sideways to get between the sink and tub and shower is a step up into the claw foot bathtub. Reminds me of my old college apartments. "

Very clean, comfortable beds, owner was responsive, across from the park (it was VERY cold when we were there and overcast, so didn't spend more than 15 minutes there - I bet it's awesome in warm weather), and off-street parking as well.
