All trash/recycle MUST be cleared from the house and put in the recycle and trash bins out back in the alley/driveway area outside of the gate.
You are required to bring your own Queen and Twin sheets for the duration of your stay as well as towels and wash cloths.
NO smoking on premises AT ALL. NO sand in the house. Leave ALL beach towels and shoes in the backyard. You can use the hose to rinse off.

The owner was responsive in a timely manner to concerns we had about missing beach tags. We found weekly beach tags left behind by the previous renters which I'm assuming they had to purchase because they didn't have them. I found them while I was waiting for the response from the owner about the beach tag where he stated the previous tenants had "accidentally packed them" which seemed inconsistent. There was very little space to put things away as almost all drawers and cabinets in the bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen areas were occupied by the owner's belongings. The fridge and cabinets were full of food, some of which was expired, etc. The walk to the boardwalk was convenient, though further than expected. The window AC worked fine but were all left slightly unplugged for some reason so initially when we turned them on they were not working. I do think this property would benefit from a deep clean and potentially some thought at offering a more comfortable experience. We were unfortunate with the weather and opted to leave early.

Nice place

The communication with the owner is wonderful. He replies immediately very nice easy check in process. The house was a great location. Had everything we needed a little bit dated and a small bathroom but overall really great. You should stay here.

End of July

House was neat and tidy. Washer and dryer on premises was convenient. Communication with host was quick and accurate. Thanks for having Netflix on the TV. However, having central a/c would have been helpful as only one of the window units worked well. Although the kitchen was stocked with LOTS of utensils, there was a lack of knives. Even though Netflix was available, that was the only app usable (others recognized that we weren't at home). Perhaps cable would be nice for guests to use. Overall, we appreciate be able to rent an entire house for part of the week.
