"The parking elevators are broke. The water in the tub doesn’t get hot. I booked a room for a scenic view and I didn’t get it."

Hyatt Regency Atlanta Downtown
"Other than being in downtown Atlanta, our stay was great. The hotel was nice, clean, and comfy. Staff was friendly. However, outside of the hotel doors was a different story. The streets were filled with homeless people and lots of people wandering around. One yelled at us and it was frightening. ..."
