"We chose to stay in Burgaw to save a little money instead of staying in Wilmington during the Fourth of July week. Our daughter had orientation for UNCW which was just 30min away. The house was clean and neat. It was fully stocked. The only thing we missed was a microwave. Also, the water was high in iron but I suspect that’s a regional issue. Great job fixing up this house!"

"Great little apartment. Steve very quick to respond to request such as space heater. It was delivered by Hunter who was friendly and professional. Loved tv in bedroom and stocked coffee for coffee maker. My mom would have liked to have a regular chair to get dressed on in bedroom as bed is high but very comfortable. Stairs a little tricky but my 87 yr old mom made it up them. Great stay overall, hence the rating."
