"We as a family loved our stay at the hotel.The front desk was great,they welcomed us really well,upgraded our room and gave us a bigger room as we were 5 in total. My kids loved the room, the only thing that was a concern was the ac,we had hard time figuring out how to put it on heat and to have it stay warm. But besides that all was great."

"It was bad. The view was nice. There's no free wifi. There's free wifi at McDonald's. This is a couple hundred a night minimum place. Call front desk and no one will answer. No room service. No pool. Restaurant doesnt serve lunch. Breakfast is something ridiculous $$. We had to be moved, bc of a huge leak coming out of an electrical socket over the bathtub, middle of night. They moved us in the AM and we had to repack and transfer everything (cribs etc). Asked for a refund for at...
