Kids love hiking or mountain biking to the the streams, outdoor areas and bonfire pit. The expansive patio is just off the Kitchen/Great Room (with plenty of seating and grill). Everyone enjoys the outdoor areas, you can pull up a chair and take in the "sound of silence", observe the night as it fills with stars, and watch the fire flies come out to play in your backyard. Quiet Policy: Please note that the home/property is located in a very private, quiet and exclusive mountain locale. Parties, loud noise and unruly behavior are absolutely prohibited, and guests are expected to respect the neighbors and the peace this mountain retreat area affords.

Pets: This home and property are very dog friendly, and guests are welcome to bring their "best friends" with them. There is a non-refundable Pet Fee of $130 with a limit of 2 dogs per booking party.
