A charming 100-square-meter apartment in a beautiful farmhouse located in the picturesque Crete Senesi. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and is the ideal choice for a relaxing stay.

The accommodations are located in Asciano, an excellent base for exploring the beautiful rural landscape that characterizes the southern part of Chianti.

The accommodation features two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, two bathrooms, and a large garden.

The 100-square-meter property is spread over two levels. Please pay CLOSE ATTENTION to the internal stairs (7–8 steps) in the apartment if you are traveling with children.

- BEDROOM 1 with a double bed, dresser, closet, and bathroom (1);

- BEDROOM 2 with a double bed, clothes rack, walk-in closet, and access to the balcony;

- BATHROOM 1 with shower, bidet, and toilet;

- BATHROOM 2 with shower, bidet, and toilet;

7 days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the city tax of 1.00 Euro per person per night to the municipality of Asciano.

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian system for registering guests staying in Italy.

Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period during which heating is permitted and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

For check-ins between 9:00 PM and 11:00 PM, a surcharge of EUR 20.00 will be applied, payable in cash upon arrival.

The best way to visit Asciano and the surrounding area is by car.

The property is located in Asciano, an ancient village nestled in the vast Crete Senesi, surrounded by breathtaking landscapes. The village is a treasure trove of art and history, with its monuments and two highly acclaimed museums: the Palazzo Corboli Museum and the Cassioli Museum. The former houses, across its three exhibition floors, a rich collection of works organized into two sections: Sacred Art and Archaeology. The Cassioli Museum, on the other hand, is dedicated to 19th-century Sienese painting, and inside, visitors can experience the magical atmosphere of the Art Academy and the studios of the era’s leading artists.
