Villetta Parthenope is a splendid four-room apartment for rent in a residential context in the center of Porto Cervo. This property enjoys a privileged position as it has a breathtaking view of the port and, despite being located in a residential area, boasts great privacy thanks to the thick hedges that surround the property, isolating it. In addition, villetta Parthenope has a covered patio equipped with a lounge area, consisting of a sofa and two comfortable armchairs, as well as a table to be able to dine outdoors and spend pleasant moments in company enjoying the view immersed in the aromas of the Mediterranean bush. In addition, the residence has a communal swimming pool and a padel court.

===== ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION =====
Internally, the property is characterized by a strong luminosity thanks to the large French windows and the typical architectural style of the Costa Smeralda which, preferring light colors, reverberates it, giving the environment a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The patio leads directly to the open space which includes two sofa beds and the dining area which also enjoys a breathtaking panoramic view. On the same floor there is also a fully equipped kitchen entirely in light wood with careful finishes. The sleeping area, on the other hand, consists of a Sardinian-style double bedroom with a panoramic view, which overlooks the patio directly. The other room, also in the emerald style, is made up of two comfortable single beds.

Please note:
- it is possible to add 1 bed for the 5th guest at a cost of € 30/day;
- the swimming pool is open from 15/05 to 1/10 at the following times: from 10 to 13 and from 15 to 20;
- padel costs €40 for an hour and a half in the low season and €60 for an hour and a half in high season. The price of the rackets amounts to €5 each.
