Access is through an electric gate, and the property includes two private parking spaces.Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:
The swimming pool is set on a flat grassed area and offers a beautiful view of the Marina di Porto Cervo, accessed via a charming marble Orosei-paved walkway. Rectangular shape, measuring 9 x 4.5 m with a depth ranging from 1.20 m to 1.70 m; lined with PVC, has steps with three submerged entry points, internal lighting, and is sanitized using a chlorine; the sun deck features loungers, tables, and a parasol; it is open from June 1st to October 31st.
